Fantastic experience: I started coming to this studio to do Nikki's prenatal yoga course for 5 weeks, and then I completed another 2 of her prenatal courses. She is a fantastic yoga teacher who makes everyone feel safe but also strong and challenged in their practice. She has such a calming presence which has been so helpful during pregnancy. Nikki always provides different modifications for each of our stages of pregnancy, too. Each session had beautiful affirmations for each student and the room was so peaceful with candles, etc. Aside from Nikki's teaching, the yoga studio as a whole, including the lovely receptionist, has such a warm feel and I like that Joy remembers the clients' names. Thank you

I've been going to Yogaone for a little over a month now and you could say that I'm always thrilled to attend a class here. It has a bit of everything. It's always clean, serene, the trainers are always lovely. And I love that it hosts both genders. My brother really enjoys attending.

Fantastic experience: YogaOne to me is the highlight of Masdar city. It offers very relaxing yoga classes that really helped me improve my physical ability as well as my mental health. I especially enjoy classes by Madina, Raya and Jay! If you are around, I recommend trying any of the classes. You can sign up through the app YogaOne in the app store - it is very convenient. There is also another branch in the Mangroves, which is great!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting this studio for the several months and I really like it. Main room in Masdar is so spacious and tall. I tried many classes with different instructors. All of them are very professional and friendly. My favorite so far are Raya and Madina. I’m enjoying the pleasant atmosphere with this teachers. Really recommend to try sound bath and healing class, candlelight yoga. It’s something unique, yoga plus meditation. Definitely can recommend this studio to everyone who is interested into yoga ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Yoga One in Masdar City is an amazing yoga studio , providing wide range of yoga classes for all fitness levels. The place has a very positive vibe and I love the way teachers start and end sessions practicing gratitude. All teachers are very professional and humble, giving same attention to whole class. I am very grateful to Madina, Mina and Hisham for encouraging me, correcting postures and giving suitable alternatives. Also, thanks to Joy for managing administrative part very well and answering all queries positively.

Fantastic experience: The place Yoga One Masdar City is a beautiful place to have my yoga practice. The varied styles of yoga teachings done here have taken me far beyond to what I could have learned in traditional yoga practice. Fantastic experience: one of my favorite yoga places to go to! prices are really good, perfect for students looking to stay active. the place is very clean and has beautiful studios. the structure of the classes is also super fun and engaging, perfect place to go if you dislike a lot of repetitive movements. there’s always something different each session it’s very enjoyable i recommend their mat pilates ladies only class with Madina M, and the deep stretching with Sarah F!!!

Fantastic experience: My favorite yoga space in Abudhabi!

Negative experience: I had a very negative experience with the receptionist, Joy, at the Yoga One in Masdar City. Her approach to welcoming new participants was extremely unsatisfactory. Despite arriving just 15 minutes late for my second class, she initially denied me entry. Only after explaining that I had purchased a package of 10 classes was I allowed in, but shortly thereafter, she changed her stance, citing a rule about a 30-hour timeframe. This rule was never communicated to me before. Her demeanor in her role should be more warm and accommodating, as she's meant to welcome people with kindness. I don't believe she's suitable for the role of welcoming new members to yoga classes. This incident has left me with no desire to continue attending yoga one sessions

Positive experience: I was wondering if this place is still open? I passed by today at 3 pm and it’s closed and I called both numbers and no answer

Fantastic experience: Yogaone is my favorite studio in Abu Dhabi. And actually my favorite place in the entire city. This place is run by care and dedication, I always felt the yoga teachers here cared for my progress and development. When I first joined I was a total beginner, now I feel very confident about my yoga skills. I've learned a lot here, everyone I met there is respectful, caring and fun! They have a variety of classes here that suit all levels and preferences. Over few months I explored the different styles of yoga by trying most of the classes. In the easier and slower classes I took my time go learn and grow my practice, and in the more advanced classes I felt challenged and inspired by the teachers and other practitioners -- I couldn't wait to become as good. I also did a combination of one-to-one classes and group classes. My teacher was very caring, and she always pushed me to get stronger and better. Now I'm not in Abu Dhabi and I really miss this place, can't wait to be back there!

Yoga teachers are very professional & experienced.. they also pay attention to all students.. staff is very friendly and helpful.. I attended the first week trial and now applied for a month membership with no regrets.. highly recommend YogaOne :)
