Antara Yoga & Pilates Class, Abu Dhabi

Fantastic experience: It’s been a month that I’ve joined Antara. I am doing reformer pilates. Absolutely loving it. Most of my sessions are with instructor Venus, interesting yet challenging session. The studio is clean and fully equipped. The team is extremely inviting and polite. Shoutouts to Cherry and other ladies working at studio for being so sweet. The place has positive energy which I absolutely love.

Fantastic experience: Amazingly addictive place where you just can’t resist going back again for excellent sessions on Yoga and Pilates. Kudos to the excellent instructors and the clean studio and facilities

Negative experience: It's great idea ,perfect trainers , The reception team are sooooooooooo unfriendly and they never smile ,they don't look at you when you talk to them ,they doooont care,I needed little chat to know more about this business but she ignored me ,May be they don't need clients ,the policy is to ignore potential clients, I don't understand,,,

Fantastic experience: I have been practicing yoga and Pilates here for almost 8 months now and this place absolutely changed my lifestyle. It made working out and caring for my mental health turned into a habit . Pilates classes here will make you feel so good the moment u walked out of that class . In addition it changed my perspective towards yoga and I learnt to discover discipline and trained calmness through yoga classes here . Hot Yoga and Pilates can be difficult to adjust in the beginning but after a few classes and consistently working out you would absolutely love it !

Fantastic experience: Neha is an incredible instructor. I’ve never taken any class where I feel the instructor really knows their students limits until I had Neha. She gets you to push yourself within your own personal limits; her classes flow through in a really organized structured manner and the energy she manages to bring to the room is fantastic. Antara is a community, the members, staff and instructors are all very welcoming and friendly. All of the instructors are of an extremely high standard and it makes Antara a really amazing place to attend.

Fantastic experience: Neha and the instructors at Antara Yoga & Pilates Studio, in Al Muneera, have created more than just an amazing place to work out. They have created a real community to be proud of. I especially enjoy the hot yoga flow, hot pilates and Bikram yoga, but there is something for everyone. All levels. You work at your own pace, for amazing results. I hope the studio continues to grow and grow and branches into new forms of exercise and well being. Highly recommend , give it a go.

With 15 years of yoga experience, I had been hesitant to find the right place that aligned with my expectations. Thankfully, I stumbled upon this studio, and I couldn't be happier. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and create an environment that promotes relaxation and growth. What sets this studio apart is its focus on targeting muscles often overlooked in my previous gym routines. I feel rejuvenated and reconnected with my practice, and I'm excited to continue this journey with such a supportive and holistic approach to yoga.

Fantastic experience: It is a great studio that offer different types of heated classes, its well maintained and beautifully decorated equipped with showers and they offer free coffee and teas. Definitely a recommended one. Neha is an amazing teacher and a soothing voice.

Fantastic experience: One of the best yoga studios I have ever been to! Neha is an excellent teacher! Calming voice with yet strong and discipline tone motivates you to push yourself to the limits with peace and joy! Love the heated room Pilates and Bikram classes! Candle light flow is also perfect to detox from the stressful day!! Could not dream of better studio in the neighborhood ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: It is really amazing yoga studio and also it might help people who suffers depression as it has special methods what really helps. It has “sweating effect” which releases body tension. Yoga instructor is great young lady who is really doing with devotion. Definitely will keep going only worry that place will be soon very crowded.
