Fantastic experience: Personally I had one of the toughest but most healing training sessions ever! It felt great, I loved it. Calorie burning feels great afterwards. Great Spanish instructor too.

Positive experience: Good gym has all facilities required, some staff are friendly some are quite rude like the recipients for example. They don’t have water tank to refill your bottle like most gyms but they have a full juice and meal prep bar and they make some really good juices and smoothies. Some point that you might find useful: • Shower facilities are luxurious compared to other gyms • Cardio Equipment are magnificent compared to other gyms • Peak time is from 5pm • people who train there are quite helpful if you don’t know how to train.

Positive experience: Fantastic service and hours of operation. Tons of equipment but it's also very popular. They do crossfit throughout the day in the middle. Plenty of cardio equipment. The only downside is there is no public water. Maybe that's normal but it's a tad odd and inconvenient but otherwise this gym is the best in the area.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. The classes will really make you lose some weight. The trainers are very professional. The best part is the area after the workout—the café where you can get hydrated, drink a pre-workout beverage, or have a nice protein smoothie before leaving.

Fantastic experience: Hi there Yesterday on 20 MAY I came the GYM in YAS BAY branch at 23:00 o’clock I thought it’s opening 24 hours like other the Warehouse GYM in Dubai put I surprised it’s close so the time it’s back normally like before you opened early morning until 22:30 pm .

Positive experience: Great gym great equipment but AWFUL members, they come to hangout not to workout everybody taking videos and pictures not respecting the privacy of others. This gym would be suitable for teenagers, gym rats would never go there. If you want a gym to record yourself doing workout with bad form i highly recommend you to hit this gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym cause i had a frozen shoulder at that time my left shoulder movement was around 30%. I started my sessions with the coach Mostafa and i’m really thankful after couple of months with continuous dedicated training sessions now my shoulder is back to full movement. Also the gym is nice and it got its own vibe.

Just they need to work on music choices in comparison to other warehouse in Dubai, I love more the music and the consistency of music in Dubai, hope they will do something about it. Maxing view on the sea while you are on treadmills and the perfect space to run outside.

He noticed we were a little bit lost during the class since it was our first time, and he kept his eyes on us reminding us what exercises would follow next and showed us how to correctly do them. Fantastic experience: The Overall Experience on the gym is amazing, I have completed around 8 months in the gym and its keep getting better and improving in all aspects the group classes are amazing and personal training session are even better, I have been training with Michael as personal trainer my body have transformed to a totally different level i'm very happy with my results and highly recommend Michael as a personal trainer.

Positive experience: The gym is located in very nice location by the sea with convenient underground parking. It's new, clean an very well maintained. I came for free trial and we went with my friend for blackbox workout. I really enjoyed the training. It was nice balance between cardio and strength, with core movements included. Crossfit style I think. Explanation and demonstration of the workout was clear. Equipment is brand new and worked very well. Coach was good and helpful, however adjustment of the movements for my friend with sciatica issues was not good at all and he was suffering after the workout for two days. Unfortunately one class to try is definitely not enough for me to decide about long term membership. The competition is very high these days and most places offer 3-7 days free trials to actually feel the place and vibe.

Fantastic experience: I am really happy with the infrastructure of the gym and variety of classes and more over with the staff and coach’s in the gym. I have a pleasure to speak with Cathy in the reception and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Also I really enjoyed doing classes with coach Rafael. He is fantastic!!!Rafael has a good vibe and explains all the workouts step by step. I felt that I had improved a lot . I really enjoy his classes and his motivation. Another coach that I had the chance to meet is coach Bryan. Usually a do black box with him . Bryan is very energetic and his classes are very good. I really recommend warehouse Yas Bay .

Fantastic experience: Nice gym, good variety of equipment & great atmospher. Only issue is NO nearby parking covered parking. The closest available parking are a long walk away (ok in winter but during summer seaon)

Fantastic experience: This gym is great. It has a wide range of equipment and the machines are top of the line. The staff is the best part of the gym. They’re all very friendly and approachable. Whatever you’re into: bodybuilding, powerlifting, or cross fit this gym is the place to be. I live 30+ minutes away from here and yet I drive here everyday for a workout. Come give it a try, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have joined gym recently and I would like to say that it has great facilities and choice of equipment! It's quite spacious too! I like changing room also, good interier and all needed is there. Joining process was smooth and fast. Speacial regards to James as he helped me a lot with it, answered all my questions!
