The Warehouse Gym - Yas Bay

Negative experience: Warehouse Gym is a great place with excellent equipment and a solid training environment, but their strict policy of not allowing anyone under 18 to join is really disappointing. As a 17-year-old who knows how to train safely and takes fitness seriously, it’s frustrating to be turned away based on age alone. The manager also seemed uninterested in hearing me out, which made the experience even more discouraging.

Fantastic experience: For me it has been a great experience in al sense of the word. I hired PT programme and started training with Pedro Bruno Neto and honestly I feel stronger, faster and healthier than ever, and has also become a friend to me. I enjoy every time I go to the gym, friendly environment every time

Negative experience: Not enough machines ..crowded.. not a helping staff… no space to do your cardio… so yes I wont renew again with this gym

Positive experience: Good gym overall, been here for a year. The only disappointment is that they don't have a water fountain to refill water bottles and expect you to buy water. This is gym etiquette 101 to have a water supply for customers.

Negative experience: Don’t be tempted by the view of the gym, i made the mistake and subscribed before doing a trial and let me tell you it was one of the worst gyms i have ever entered. 1. For what you actually get the subscriptions are ridiculously overpriced. 2. The gym is small from the inside and not all the machines are there. 3. Maybe it’s just me but the gym had this weird smell that was unbearable. 4. The management doesn’t seem to care about you after you subscribe I’ve tried to contact them regarding a situation and didn’t receive any response i emailed them, tried to call them and got nothing. 5. The gym feels depressing maybe its the lights i don’t but the gym feels dead After all thats my experience yours may differ but for me i don’t recommend at all especially because there are many better options in yas and outside it.

The gym is well-maintained, spacious, and has everything you need for a great workout. A special shoutout to John who truly made my visit even better. He was incredibly polite, kind, and helpful, ensuring that I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. His professionalism and positive attitude created an inviting environment, and it’s refreshing to see staff who genuinely care about the gym members. As a former professional athlete, I didn’t need assistance with machines, but I greatly appreciated John’s friendly demeanor and attentiveness. His excellent customer service adds a personal touch to the gym, making it stand out even more. If you're looking for a high-quality gym with an amazing atmosphere and outstanding service, Warehouse Gym on Yas Island is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: 2 years ago, it was the best gym in the area. Lately, price is going up, but gym etiquette is going down: People leave the weights out of place. There are bags all around the place, even though is prohibited. Overcrowded in the evenings. People train so close to the weights, blocking them.

Negative experience: I have been training at Warehouse for 2 years and saddened to have lost Bryan as our coach. He has been there since the beginning and not only been an incredible asset to have as a coach, but he’s helped create a community and a family within the gym, a reason so many of us continue to show up. With Bryan’s help I have not only seen significant progression in my abilities but also seen the progression of others, and more importantly witnessed the self confidence in other members improve because of his input and belief in them. Bryan not only teaches the basics but has the attention to detail to help refine every movement, I have accomplished things I never imagined I was capable of. You’ve not only taken away an incredible coach, but also our community and family. The gym is not the same! Please bring him back!

Negative experience: I love the gym and i have been part of for the past 6 months, and coach Bryan was a big part of why i kept coming back but loosing him was such a surprise and shock to me because he was a great asset and always attentive as a coach and his classes had an amazing vibe … this decision definitely doesn’t make sense to me and other gym members and its a huge loss and definitely changes the community vibes!

Negative experience: Hi ,,i wonder if you please bring back our coach Brayan,we were shocked that he no longer will coaching us ,,he is helping us a lot during classes and answers any questions about CrossFit,,and sports , I don’t know what happened,,but Iam asking from you all just listen to us ,,because we know him as professional helping coach Thank you so much ❣️❣️

Negative experience: It’s really hard on me to be writing this review . For the past two years I have been part of warehouse Abu Dhabi and wouldn’t wish to train anywhere else. The best part about WH has always been the community and MANY essential members feel the same way. It truly hurts us to say that this has just been taken away from us by the unfortunate sudden and shocking decision of letting coach Bryan go. He played a huge role in transforming this gym into the welcoming and supportive community it is. His skills, expertise, and energy is an asset that made us love warehouse and the sport we do like no other. But unfortunately such decision will change how many feel and make us rethink where we stand.

Negative experience: The gym and the facilities are really good, but the worst decision of WH was letting Bryan leave the gym. Bryan is a real added value to the gym, and if he leaves, a lot of people will leave.

Negative experience: One of the most over rated gyms in the Abudhabi. Let’s start with the basic things: no changing rooms , this is the only gym in abudhabi that is functioning without a changing room, when you ask the staff their answer was : you can use the toilets. Then let’s go to the core business , the variety of training machines are limited and low quality and not maintained! And as they have a big area for cross fit in the middle , The club turns into a circus at some point with a lot of noise from the music and people shouting and jumping and doing a lot of Ridiculous show moves. The cost of a protein shake is 40 dhs which is super expensive . A lot of enhancement needed here for sure

Fantastic experience: I have participated in a group class today and I was amazed by every single detail. Both the receptionist and the trainer were incredibly friendly. The gym is super clean and the design is outstanding, especially the slide! I feel super energised after the workout and I cannot wait to return

Positive experience: It’s an ok gym. I believe it’s suitable for fitness purposes but not hardcore bodybuilding training. Overall, it’s not bad. But I’ve been to better ones.

Good range of equipment and wasn’t super super busy so was able to get on everything I wanted! It was the best workout I’ve had since I’ve been in Abu Dhabi and will definitely be keen to go back!

Fantastic experience: I went to the gym today, and I really like that they have separate areas for men and women. I trained in the women’s section, and it was so nice and comfortable knowing no one was watching me. The gym is amazing! The vibe and atmosphere are super motivating, and it makes me want to come back more often. The showers are great, with modern Dyson hair dryers, and the locker room is so clean and cozy. The equipment is also really good. I just love this gym!

Positive experience: Good ladies gym but there’s no prayer room and no water dispenser which is so weird. What if someone got dizzy while working out and needs water immediately?

Negative experience: Warehouse gym being my home and fav gym since two years, but loosing coach Brayan make me sad and upset, he is the best lifting and technique coach, he helped me alot to improve and develop , he taught me not to underestimate myself, and he believed on me more than i do plz return him back to us!!

Fantastic experience: Personally I had one of the toughest but most healing training sessions ever! It felt great, I loved it. Calorie burning feels great afterwards. Great Spanish instructor too.

Positive experience: Good gym has all facilities required, some staff are friendly some are quite rude like the recipients for example. They don’t have water tank to refill your bottle like most gyms but they have a full juice and meal prep bar and they make some really good juices and smoothies. Some point that you might find useful: • Shower facilities are luxurious compared to other gyms • Cardio Equipment are magnificent compared to other gyms • Peak time is from 5pm • people who train there are quite helpful if you don’t know how to train.

Positive experience: Fantastic service and hours of operation. Tons of equipment but it's also very popular. They do crossfit throughout the day in the middle. Plenty of cardio equipment. The only downside is there is no public water. Maybe that's normal but it's a tad odd and inconvenient but otherwise this gym is the best in the area.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. The classes will really make you lose some weight. The trainers are very professional. The best part is the area after the workout—the café where you can get hydrated, drink a pre-workout beverage, or have a nice protein smoothie before leaving.

Fantastic experience: Hi there Yesterday on 20 MAY I came the GYM in YAS BAY branch at 23:00 o’clock I thought it’s opening 24 hours like other the Warehouse GYM in Dubai put I surprised it’s close so the time it’s back normally like before you opened early morning until 22:30 pm .

Positive experience: Great gym great equipment but AWFUL members, they come to hangout not to workout everybody taking videos and pictures not respecting the privacy of others. This gym would be suitable for teenagers, gym rats would never go there. If you want a gym to record yourself doing workout with bad form i highly recommend you to hit this gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym cause i had a frozen shoulder at that time my left shoulder movement was around 30%. I started my sessions with the coach Mostafa and i’m really thankful after couple of months with continuous dedicated training sessions now my shoulder is back to full movement. Also the gym is nice and it got its own vibe.

Negative experience: EDIT: lately in 1/2 times there is no towels. They run out. Well buy more damn towels then, you charge premium membership, at least put an effort. I just realized that water bottles 500ml they charge 4 aed. I think it's a disgrace they try to make profit of their members who are paying for the membership already. If you are not gonna put a water fountain then at least don't put 300% markup on water They advertise 24/7 working hours when they try to rope me in to renew the membership, but when I arrive they close at 10pm coincidentally that day. AND THIS IS NOT ANNOUNCED HERE, IT SAYS 24H. One star for professionalism. Other than that I was a member for more than a year and here are pros and cons: +Staff is friendly for the most part +Equipment is ok, not the greatest mind you, some that I'd like to see are not available. I have requested foam rollers many times but no luck. +Most serious gym if you live in Yas, sadly -members are JUST TERRIBLE. A bunch of kids who cannot follow the simplest gym etiquette like re-racking their weight, not record everything they do (you cannot walk from tripods sometimes) -no water fountain. SERIOUSLY? -LOUD music. But I mean LOUD. Not only during some classes (when they take over half of the gym and impact free workout a lot) but often. My noise cancelling headphones cannot fight that level of decibels. -for a few weeks the ceiling was dripping and stains were everywhere etc -before when they were closing at 11pm, they'd start removing your weight in the middle of your series at like 10:20pm. Literally happened to me 5x, I'd be using a squat rack, moved away from it 3m to walk it off, and they would dismantle my bar. -overcrowded at the most important hours. From 6-9pm just don't bother. I had to adjust my day to have workouts at 9:30-11pm which impacts my daily schedule significantly. -price, definitely overpriced for the setup, they are betting on the lack of competition on Yas at the moment.

Just they need to work on music choices in comparison to other warehouse in Dubai, I love more the music and the consistency of music in Dubai, hope they will do something about it. Maxing view on the sea while you are on treadmills and the perfect space to run outside.

Fantastic experience: As an indoor cycling instructor, strength training is essential for me.When I started at Warehouse, I was dealing with severe knee pain due to improper training. Bryan Noel Varela was the first coach I met, and he immediately understood my issue. His training, guidance on supplements, and nutrition advice helped me regain strength and completely eliminate my knee pain within months!!!! Beyond his expertise, Bryan’s dedication set him apart. He didn’t just correct movements—he genuinely cared about our progress, ensuring we were prepared before training to maximize performance. His classes were always the most crowded, a testament to his energy and commitment! As an instructor, I’ve worked with many coaches, and Bryan’s approach is what every trainer should have but rarely does. Losing him is a huge disappointment for many of us!!!!!!
