F45 Training Yas Island

Fantastic experience: Recently joined F45 in Water’s Edge and am loving it, great classes with F10 and H3 being my favorite so far (including todays warm up ) Coaches Neil, Glen and Yasmeen are great and make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend ❤️

Fantastic experience: My partner and I had never been to a group class before this morning. It can definitely be daunting but the team at F45 (the head coach and assistant Yasmine were amazing) made sure that it wouldn’t be our last. They were both very considerate, knowledgeable, interactive and encouraging. As someone who would naturally shy away from group engagements Head Coach and Yasmine made it very engaging and involved throughout. I would say a little heavy on burpee related exercises but perhaps that is a personal preference. Beautiful facility and team right down to the reception assistants and we WILL be back. Whether you live in Waters Edge or Yas Island or even further afield F45 is a place you must try for your fitness journey.
