I really appreciate how they pay attention to every participant and correct form when needed. Another thing that really stands out is how clean the place is — they always clean all the equipment, even between sets, not just between classes. It shows their professionalism and care for members’ health and safety. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a motivating and well-managed workout environment!

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently lost quite a bit of weight and was looking for a fun way to tone up. A colleague suggested F45, and honestly, I didn’t expect to enjoy it since I’ve never been a fan of working out. But I absolutely love it! The workouts are motivating, the energy is great, and the coaches, Glen, Neil, and Donia, are amazing. They even remember everyone’s names, which makes it feel really welcoming and personal. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I had never been to a group class before this morning. It can definitely be daunting but the team at F45 (the head coach and assistant Yasmine were amazing) made sure that it wouldn’t be our last. They were both very considerate, knowledgeable, interactive and encouraging. As someone who would naturally shy away from group engagements Head Coach and Yasmine made it very engaging and involved throughout. I would say a little heavy on burpee related exercises but perhaps that is a personal preference. Beautiful facility and team right down to the reception assistants and we WILL be back. Whether you live in Waters Edge or Yas Island or even further afield F45 is a place you must try for your fitness journey.
