Fantastic experience: I know Alisa since 2018 when I did my surgery, as she helps me to return back on track and improve my ability and strength. She is well knowledgeable trainer where she can customize the exercises as per your need. When I started I can’t even carry 2 kg but right now I can easily carry 10 kg. She push you to reach your maximum limit and hate excuses hhhhh, she is committed and love making jokes. Thanks Alisa for your support as always.

Fantastic experience: Before meeting Alisa, I used to struggle to stay motivated and consistent. I started in May with her, and have seen and felt the difference within the first 12 sessions. I have energy, better health and staying consistent has only been possible because Alisa makes the impossible seem like it's just a few centimeters out of reach. Highly recommended!! Women only, 1-2-1 sessions. Definitely the best I have attended.

Fantastic experience: Very nice environment to work out especially since its ladies only so girls will fell very comfortable. The trainer is professional and will build you a special program based on what you need, she also makes one to one classes to focus only on you. I Highly recommend the place and I think its much better that other famous gyms in the area.

The personal trainer is very professional and understanding, she focus on what your body needs and what are your goals, She’s literally amazing, I’ve been with her for almost 2 years, She’s the best ‍♀️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Very organized and understanding profissional trainer (you get a reminder a head of your session and you enjoy a flexible reschadualling policy at least 3 hours before the session). Following strict covid 19 procedures always warning mask cleaning and having limited number of people per session with social Distancing ❤️☝️ If you have special health needs she will help you address it with excsersises that could ease your condition. Major thing I appreciate is the diversity of excsersises where you get results but you don't get bored or killed by routine.

Fantastic experience: I would like to rate 5/5 for this gym and for my personal trainer. It’s already 2 months passed since we started my workouts. I noticed my fitness level increased noticeably, I feel myself much better. We are in the process of achieving my fitness goals so I am looking forward to our further workouts. Really recommend this place well done
