2 years ago Fantastic experience: I particularly enjoy the atmosphere of this studio. It is cozy and peaceful. The space is equipped with all the necessary props, such as mats, blocks and blankets, and everything is always kept clean and in good condition. I had the pleasure to attend several classes with Jéssica. She pays close attention to each student’s individual needs and offers modifications and adjustments as needed. One of the things I really appreciate the most about Jéssica is her ability to create a safe and supportive environment. She guides the class with a perfect balance of challenging and relaxing postures. I am always happy to go to yoga and happier after the session.
