The trainers are not only friendly but also highly motivating, creating a supportive environment for all participants. I started with weekend classes and now trying to add 2 weekly classes too. The diverse range of workouts ensures a comprehensive approach to targeting different muscle groups, resulting in a well-rounded fitness routine. Overall, F45 is a top-notch gym!

Fantastic experience: F45 Al Raha Beach is amazing! I arrived in Abu Dhabi last Sunday (relocating from Cairo) and I started working out there straight away on Monday morning. I did almost 400 classes back in Cairo and this was my first F45 experience away from home and so far it has been brilliant! The coaches are very friendly and will make sure to push you throughout the class to give your best! The only thing I wish the studio provided is small and large towels for members attending the class (to use during class and if they will shower afterwards - that's the only thing missing). Looking forward to creating more memories with F45 Al Raha Beach and being part of the larger community!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend this gym and these coaches enough. They are highly educated in what they do and it is shown in their clients results. They put 110% into their jobs and are always there to lend a hand when needed. Training in this gym is such an amazing experience and it is all because of the atmosphere these trainers have created. There is a sense of community among all it's members. The coaches always made sure I was comfortable with each exercise and kept me motivated when I was having bad days. I never met a better bunch of people so dedicated in what they do and I am certain you will not leave this gym without a big smile on your face.
