Fantastic experience: Exceptional gym, friendly and clean environment, the staff they treat you like family and one always feel welcome. The classes are on another level, fun, motivating and enjoyable. The instructors are all extremely professional, they push you to reach your highest potential. And of course my favourite P.T Mr. Esen thanks to him and his guidance for pushing me to always do my maximum and helped me improve future. LIFESPARK fitness totally recommended

Fantastic experience: It is a place to go and be yourself and if need be help find yourself again. Coach Danny and Essen are there to help work, encourage, help and challenge you as you travel down your path or create a new path. The place is big enough to get the work done, but not too big that you get lost. Everybody I have met there so far has been kind and encouraging. Some places you go to you feel like you have to have a Spartan body just to start, never felt that there thus far. A great spin studio there as well. Also very digital in its approach. Parking is easy and you can skip walking through Just Play and walk in the external door at the back of the building. Equipment wise, it has the classic box equipment, assault bike and rowers, free weights, and KBs. Also the person in charge of hygiene is always there (well in the mornings when I mostly go) to spray down and sanitise the equipment. Well done and worth a try…
