Fantastic experience: Fitness has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember and the UAE has a lot of movement options out there, but Blitz is incomparable to them all. This brand has stood the test of time. It’s a great venue with killer workouts and incredible coaches. A massive shoutout to Coach Kate and Coach Hanish for setting the bar so high. Their energy never wavers and their music is great. Highly recommend Blitz for a good time - you’ll be an addict soon enough!

Fantastic experience: Awesome HIIT workout with 3 steps - treadmill, bench and floor. Every day different workout targeting different muscle groups primarily and focusing on either strenght, speed or stamina. Never boring, due to great team of coaches, cool music and good equipment and atmosphere. Fantastic experience: THE Best place and concept for a killer workout! I used to go Barry's until I found Blitz by total coincidence two years ago. Fell in love with it right away! Coaches are amazing and one of the main reasons i keep coming back - Kate and Hanish are the best coaches ever ( Simon was too, before he left)! They know every person, explain what's the workout all about and push you if they know you can do more. Tony at the front desk is a great support as well. The classes itself are very well curated with each day being different, so you get to focus on all aspects of fitness... strength, stamina, balance, speed. Overall, in 60 minutes you get to sweat, listen to an amazing playlists and be encouraged to do your best. Best part of my day is when i start it with the Blitz workout. The Best value for the money too!! And the only reason, i am member of Gymnation is BLITZZZZZZZ.

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience with the Blitz Sport Class! The class offered a perfect blend of stamina exercises, strength training, and speed exercises, making each session a well-rounded and challenging workout. The mix of activities kept things exciting and dynamic. We had intense stamina exercises to test our endurance, followed by strength training to build our muscles, and invigorating speed exercises to enhance our agility and quickness. It was a great way to improve overall fitness and performance in various sports. I would like to extend a special thanks to Hanish for providing us with such an amazing experience. His expertise, encouragement, and dedication were evident in every class. He pushed us to push our limits and achieve more than we thought possible, all while ensuring we maintained proper form and technique. And last but not least, I would also like to express my thanks to Kate for her contributions to the class. She made each session enjoyable and motivating. Together with Hanish, she created a positive and supportive environment that made I am feeling great to be a part of the Blitz Sport Class, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging and fun workout. Fantastic experience: I always enjoy going to Blitz. The workouts are well structured and the moves are demonstrated by the coaches, who also make sure to help with your form in the exercises. All the coaches are great, but a particular shout out for the high energy of both Hanish and Kate's classes. My only minor gripe is sometimes I wish there was a bit more running, as there's only 12-14 mins of tread work. Ideally for me I'd like 25 mins but I know that's not for everyone!

Fantastic experience: What an Amazing Class, BLITZ at GymNation Al Quoz is fantastic!!! All the necessary equipments and instructors are there to assist a person to meet their fitness goals. Clean space, updated equipment, easy parking, nice looker room and great staff. Not leaving out Anton who has been a fantastic experience. He answered all of my questions and explained everything with reason and scientific evidence displayed on their Monitors. I highly recommend this class and place if you are foraging for a perfect fitness program and center.
