Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, fully equipped with the best facilities, very beautiful interior. I had a great training and really enjoyed my post workout meal at the gym’s restaurant. Luxury hair and body products are available for the members. Loved it!!

Fantastic experience: Seven Gym is for me one of the best gyms in Dubai. It is made up of a weight training area, CrossFit, a restaurant, a spa ✨ the atmosphere is there, perfect for a good work out!!

Fantastic experience: Looking for the perfect spot to train, unwind, get pampered, and grab a quick coffee or smoothie? Seven has it all under one roof! The facility is well-equipped for any workout, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up: parking can be a bit tricky since spaces are limited, and there's currently some construction nearby. But overall, Seven is your go-to for a complete, convenient experience!

Fantastic experience: I love going to this gym. All you need is here, from classes, cafe to spa. Clean gym and very organized. They always sanitized the equipments after use. Great location too. A must go to gym.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym in Dubai! Definitely a fitness haven! The place is fully equipped with all the machines you rarely find in other gyms. They also have a spa, shop, and a studio. And for ladies, the cherry on top is the Dyson in the women's changing room. The attention to detail and consideration for their female clientele sets this gym apart. Here you will find huge number of the best exercise machines two floors of happiness for sports lovers and everyone who wants to be healthy and look good and keep fit. There is a bar with desserts that do not contain sugar, here is a pleasant atmosphere. And always welcoming staff

Fantastic experience: Best wellness club with different facilities: spa, ice bath, beauty salon and the Dose cafe. Spacious gym for work outs with different areas such as bodybuilding, boxing, yoga and ladies only gym. Healthy food and protein shakes are must to try! Fantastic experience: Great wellness club. There are plenty of exercise machines, cafes, hair dryers and dyson stylers. Shower, hair bands and everything you need. There is also a spa. There is a large stylish hall and cool music playing in the hall.

Fantastic experience: I have visited seven recently as I heard a lot good about this place. Have been assisted by sweet and generous Venus, she was very helpful and show me around as the place is massive. They have two floors, where everybody can find something for themselves. The variety and the amount of equipment is impressive I didn’t have to wait to do any of my workouts. Love the fact that they have so many classes , boxing area cross fit area and all. Changing room is also well equipped, lockers, steam room a lot of greenery’s makes this fresh feeling. Overall great place for daily workout and easy to motivate urself to reach your goals by being there.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, amazing atmosphere. Everyone working very friendly, especially the lady working at the reception. The gym is very clean, the machines look very good. It's big and there are a lot of machines so it's not crowded and you don't have to wait for machines. You have so many options that you can join any group lesson you want. Minimalistic, stylish, and fulfilling all the needs: valet parking, state-of-art machines, soft light (so important!), deep house vibe music, great yoga classes, a steam room, a Dyson hairdryer and massage/mani pedi salon. Fantastic experience: It’s just WOW! What a nice place to work out. The gym is spacious with a variety of different equipment. It shines with cleanliness. After each guest, a cleaner disinfects the equipment and all inventory. As for the changing room - it's superb, equipped with everything necessary for women: fragrant soap, shampoo, a Dyson hairdryer, and even boxes with personal hygiene items. I'm thrilled with this gym. This all defently makes you to come back for work out.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been too in a long while! The facilities are just amazing spanning two floors even equipped with a steam room! Provide towels for showers and amenities in the showers aswell. First time visiting the gym and was scared they may not have the equipment I needed for my glutes & quad day but they had everything a more! The receptions G (don’t know her full name) showed me around the entire gym and took her time to explain where the key sections were. Definitely a 10/10 experience

Fantastic experience: Might be the best gym in whole of UAE , so well maintained, great equipment and professional staff Lukeshori was so sweet, patient and super helpful . They have a valet service, Dyson dryers , lemon water, I just love it and highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Seven is not just a gym, they have a wellness center, a salon and a cafe. They have the full experience and it’s truly amazing. The space is so beautifully decorated and the staff are amazing. I am so inlove with this place. The ambience and vibe is the best I’ve ever seen.

Fantastic experience: A “royal like” gym experience in a heart of the city. Loved the complimentary car parking service, gym has all the possible equipment for the training, super stylish, neat, and super friendly and helpful staff, especially doing their job where everywhere else these days floods and hustle.

Fantastic experience: I went for an evening session, amazing is the word!! Seven gym is my favorite place to for workout in Dubai no doubt! You have everything you need, all kind of workout machines-there is nothing missing and it’s very spacious.After the workout you can always enjoy a delicious protein shake at their food cafe which also has variety of healthy tasty food. Fantastic experience: I visited the seven gym and was really impressed by how vibrant and energetic the atmosphere was. They pay attention to small details and their equipment is in good condition. Positive experience: As much as the gym is clean and well equipped, it def did not suit my personal preferences. It has a rather stuck up vibe and you feel very un welcomed and out of place if you are a more casual person, who is actually concerned about their training and not showing off the latest gym wear. Again this is an personal impression and they do offer a free trial day so that is great to get the vibe before signing up for a membership. they have a good cafe there and the food looked really delicious, the selection of protein shakes was minimal and basic. Me personally will not be back but mainly out of personal preferences and they did not have proper Dip Bars (aka P-bars) which are essential to my type of training.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym in Dubai. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In the changing room you will find everything you need (towels, body gel and lotion, dyson air-wrap). I really enjoy workout at the Seven Gym because the equipments are very good, especially for legs workout (hip thrust, deadlift, squat). After a long workout session you can order a protein shake or fresh juices. They have really tasty food menu, so you can order whatever you want.
