Fantastic experience: I’ve been with PTC for a year and a half now. In that time, I’ve seen my body shape change - even dropped a dress size. The team are all welcoming and knowledgeable. I tend to gravitate towards the Base Camp program, where they design a workout plan specifically for your goals. Works really well for me and I can go at my own pace in every session. It’s a fun atmosphere and PTC do a lot of community activities like local hikes, adventure travel trips, laser tag I actually went on a hiking in Georgia through PTC (totally recommend). It’s a good vibe, run by good people.

Fantastic experience: After 2 years of struggling with different injuries and gaining weight due to lack of mobility, I was advised to connect with Keith and Tomas by my physio and I'm so glad I did. Their approach is not the typical "work out till your passed out" style but instead it's extremely personalized and holistic keeping in mind your injuries, recovery plan, strength building, nutrition accountability and lifestyle guidance. The gym is welcoming and everyone understands that we each have a different reason to be here and the members are very supportive of each others journey. After 6 months, I weigh lesser, feel stronger, have made an exceptional network of coaches and friends and I feel enabled and supported in my mental and physical health journey.
