Fantastic experience: Incredible boxing gym led by a world class team. Joe, Jimmy, Rocky, and all the other incredible team members there have done an amazing job. They’ll help you reach your goals, and have a great time while doing so. The gym is very clean and has a wide variety of equipment for boxing, conditioning and being a unit in general.

Fantastic experience: Been boxing for a long time and this is one of the best gyms going. Clean and modern but with the heart and character of a traditional boxing gym. Coaches are top class. Great gym for beginners, all the way up to professionals. They've had loads of world champions in there too so must be doing something right! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing gym. It’s got everything you need in terms of classes - Box Tech to improve your technique, Boxing Basics, Ladies Only Boxing Blitz, Sparring classes, and my personal favourite is Champ Camp, which is a combination of technique with boxing conditioning. Joe and Shane are fantastic coaches with a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you improve your boxing as well as your fitness. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
