Positive experience: Great gym for starters and advanced gym goers Sense of family and compadre here I made some really good friends here and gained a wealth of knowledge on how to get fit and back into shape With dedication and guidance of trainers ana aya and Gemma I lost over 25kg and dropped my body weight from 26-10percent ! Not joking ! I really enjoyed the classes especially boxercise fitpump which was a killer total body workout and step class ! I didn’t really use the gym itself but on few times I used it there a good selection of equipment! It’s on the small side but it’s perfect for what it is ! Ladies only and exclusivity is what you get Only downside I would say would be parking can sometimes be tricky be hard to find especially around 3-5pm peak times and early morning weekends when everyone wants to eat at Tom and serg! I’m sad I had to relinquish my memebership due to family commitments and distance but I would recommend it !

Positive experience: Good to see it's ladies-only club. My wife will join it for sure. May I know what's the membership fees here? And how close the instructor is in guiding the trainees, or it's 'self-done-is-well-done' style club? And what's the exact location? Any kids' recreational area here? Please help!

Fantastic experience: Great staff and wonderful facilities. Prices are too high. The only two attractions for me to go here were that it's a LADIES ONLY gym and that it's close to my home.

All private trainers are highly professional and take care of your prosperity and success with big responsibly. They prepare specialy for you your diet and workout program.
