Fantastic experience: I enjoying going to Ray Fitness. The facility is filled with amazing people. The trainers are number one I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The motivation and inspiration of the trainers is what makes me keep coming back for more. Ray himself is very committed to what he does and it shows! He’s kind, works hard, and is professional but still has fun. He’s always on time, keeps up with his clients during the week and on the weekends and makes you feel comfortable when you’re feeling the most vulnerable about the progress in your weight loss journey. Ray has a way of pushing his clients to their limits to show us what we are truly capable of and takes time to listen to each clients individual goals and needs…he’s exactly what I needed in a trainer! Training with Ray was one of the best decisions I could have made this year and has made a HUGE difference in my weight loss journey! The results don’t lie..sign up!!

Ray and the other trainers are incredibly knowledgable and supportive, never pushing me harder then I can take, and can already see positive changes in my mental and physicaly health! He took the time to access my Sciatic Nerve and calcification in my neck to plan exercises according to my needs. And the personal one on one training is very motivational. Highly recommended
