Fantastic experience: I had a pleasant experience with the BT Emirates Golf Club Yoga Centre. I initially attended six years ago, and Mr. Gurpreeet brought me back with assurance regarding relief from shoulder and neck pain. I'd like to extend my gratitude to him for customizing special asanas and poses to address my medical issues. I also want to give my heartfelt accolades to the other coaches at the center. Thanks to their guidance, I am almost back to my normal routine, and yoga has worked wonders in improving both my life and health. Yoga has become an integral part of my life, and I intend to continue practicing it with BT Classes.

Fantastic experience: Bharat Thakur’s Artistic yoga at Emirates golf club is amazing. It brings out balance in postures , and it has a profound effect on everything. It makes you sweat, shape up . It changes the way you walk , look , you talk , you sit gives you clear thinking and that is a luxury .

Not only are the classes varied and beneficial at every session, teachers and organizers are very professional and attentive and you can reach out to them anytime and will answer any question or advice you need. Very personalized and a great studio to join and I learnt the foundations of Yoga so well that any other Yoga class I attend anywhere in the world, I know how to do them correctly and also in a somewhat advanced stage. Fantastic experience: Taking online yoga classes ever since they started during covid. Loving them. The classes are not repetitive, nicely balanced, offer something for all. Ashrei sir’s instructions during online classes are clear and step by step like ikea manuals- One will get best results if he/ she follows instructions as they are given in the given sequence . The rigorous part of the class is not a very long one. And depending on one’s ability he/ she can opt for the advance or beginner posture. He gives options. So if one day you don’t feel like it, or feeling particularly tight, you can opt for the easier version. Classes are reasonably priced and one who is regular can make good use of them. Getting them on Facebook and videos being available for 24hrs is quite convenient. I have attended face to face classes before Covid also. Anant sir used to keep the class in a pleasant and happy mood while challenging us appropriately. Hope to attend face to face classes again soon.

Fantastic experience: Finally found a yoga class that is true to yoga. The teacher is really great and he allows you to enjoy the class while your stretching. The rates for 1 and 6 month packages are reasonable compared to other Yoga classes.
