Fantastic experience: Such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for yogis of all skill levels from beginner to expert. Studio is clean, all mats and towels are provided with your pass. Pearl is a phenomenal yoga teacher, I haven't been here long enough to know all the others yet but my first class was a brilliant experience. The cold lavender-infused face cloth you get during the cool-down at the end or each class really is the cherry on top. Caroline is also a lovely ambassador for this space , she has a very warm and welcoming energy. YOFIT definitely gained a superfan today. Thank you team!! See ya next time.

Fantastic experience: The missing piece in my exercise jigsaw! I already work out doing cardio, pilates and weights and never thought I needed something else - I tried the hot yoga and ice bath morning at YOFIT and must say I am now hooked on hot yoga. I have done classes both at the Greens and DIFC now and the instructors are amazing. The biggest benefit that I have noticed is that my mind goes totally silent in a hot yoga class - no more chattering moneky brain - you get totally absorbed in the moment - taking in everything from the instructor's voice, the music, the heat and the surprise of what your body and mind can do in the heat. Love it! My sleep is much better as a result of doing hot yoga. I am now sleeping right through the night which has always been a challenge since hitting menopause.

I could just go and find another hot yoga studio but YOFIT has people like Caroline and Ali that brings a unique approach to yoga that sets them apart from any other trainers I've encountered. The studio's location is fantastic, and its positive energy makes it a place I'd love to spend more time in. Attending these yoga classes after work is recommended as it always leaves me feeling refreshed and revitalized!

Negative experience: Good workout friendly staff but the hygiene is just poorb Matts are sticky with sweat from the previous session. The towels stink.

The studio is very clean and well maintained. More importantly, all the instructors that I have attended have been so kind and welcoming, being so patient with each and every one of us. I love it that the owner has been so supportive of all her clients and extremely fair in her decisions, sharing clear guidelines on timings and policies whilst upholding the safety of all of us yogis. I respect her a lot as not only the studio owner but also, as an experienced yogi who has gone through so much to create this safe space of us to practice. Their trainers are cherry-picked and each one takes you into a different journey. - Jevily will make you 'sizzle & sweat' but Caroline will make you feel 'Core-geous'. - Eric will keep you 'centered and sassy' but Ali will show you the 'powerhouse poses' Love them all! Fantastic experience: So far I’ve been twice … The place is so beautiful, beautiful people, beautiful experiences, and beautiful unique environment and classes … I had a “Hot Yocore 50 with Pearl” and he’s one of the best yoga “masters” I’ve seen … he’s someone that you can feel his energy from miles … The class was intense harmonically , he makes you feel the separation between your soul and your body and the unity of both when you follow his movements… Thank you Pearl (I know we can find a certified yoga teachers but we can’t find spiritual radiating masters everywhere )✨ can’t wait to join more of your classes ❤️✨

Fantastic experience: I purchased a 6 month unlimited package after having tried the first 3 day 99 AED promotional package. Obviously I’ve fallen in love with the staff & studio, and often try to get my friends to join me in sharing the benefits of a close-knit community practicing healing hot yoga. On a more superficial note, I’ve noticed that when I practice regularly, my skin improves and my abs come through hahaha!

I tried postures I didn’t know I can do and I had a great feeling as if I was in a class with Travis Elliott so thank you Alex. I like the studio, it’s clean and friendly overall. I wish they had earlier classes so I can reach work in time without looking as If I just got out of the sauna :))

Negative experience: I recently had my first experience at Yo Fit Hot Studios, and it was nothing short of disappointing. A friend had kindly given me a coupon to try a class, which I definitely needed. However, circumstances led me to be 10 minutes late, and I had to endure over a 30-minute drive to reach the studio. Unfortunately, without my knowledge of this 5 minute policy, the owner denied me entry. I explained my situation, including a prior injury and the long trip I had made, hoping for some flexibility. Instead, I was met with extreme disrespect and a total lack of consideration. It's disheartening to see a business owner treat clients in such a manner. Who would willingly return to a place that offers such a negative treatment? In the end, it felt like my effort and time were wasted, and I had to endure another 30-minute drive back home. I have never experienced such thing, and it was pretty shocking because they had just closed their doors. It's essential for businesses to remember that customer experience plays a significant role in building a positive reputation, and being able to cooperate with clients, helps grow loyal customers. Never again!

Fantastic experience: The best yoga studio I’ve tried so far. The heat makes it more challenging but it also helped a lot for flexibility and proper breathing. All the staff are very friendly (shoutout to Kristine for being extra helpful to all our requests ). The teachers are very good and you can see their years of experience doing yoga. I like that all classes fit all levels - teachers give different options on the poses but at the same time make sure that we push ourselves to the best we can. The studio is well maintained and I love the scent of their body wash and shampoo ( quality). YOGAFIT Hot Studio The Greens are HIGHLY recommended

Fantastic experience: I love YoFit Studios and it's managed to move me from never having done hot yoga (or even much yoga), to attending as many classes as I can in a week - always looking forward to it, and knowing how amazing I will feel after (more calm, sleeping so much better, more flexible, and good about my self). The instructors are all great, with their own styles (keeps it varied & challenging!), and all staff are sooo friendly and welcoming. This place is a gem in The Greens! Give it a try - you will be glad you did!

Fantastic experience: After a long time I started again with yoga and found the perfect place for me. Each teacher is different and teaches in a special and unique way. I tried a view classes and I found the ones that suits best for me. Everything is working very well. Stuff is very helpful and qualified. Studio is very well equipped and parking is easy and free during sessions.

Fantastic experience: Great establishment, the studio is very well structured and designed, mat placement the floor type, the heat control, all are very well thought of ! now the class itself is superb ! I'm not a fan of cocky cutter products or easy things, I do appreciate the hardcore, challenging and high-level work, which is what this place resembles, nonetheless, it has a thing for all levels, instructors are cool and professional. If you really want to have a healthy challenge, this is the place.
