Fantastic experience: Really enjoy the classes at this place. Wry nice combination of core and strength exercises, staff is very friendly and the ambiance is very nice.

Positive experience: The trainer Tim for spinning gave individual attention. Parking is quite convenient as well.

Fantastic experience: Love coming to NRG all the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of classes which is good for all levels of fitness. They also follow all health and hygiene rules which is amazing especially when it comes to sanitising the equipment after every single use. Highly recommend this gym and it’s definitely worth going to down to check it out and enjoy one of the classes if not them all.

Fantastic experience: Excellent spinning classes, fun, encouraging you to keep pushing. Projected virtual graphics/leaderboards keep it interesting. Trainers and staff are friendly and equipment very good if not always perfect. Good attendance mix from beginners to reasonably hardcore spinners to keep you motivated. Quite expensive but worth it...

Fantastic experience: The NRG team have become part of my fitness journey in a major way. They check in with you, push you and motivate you. The gym is small and intimate with some stellar coaches, good music and always a good laugh.

Positive experience: Boutique gym, intimate and well laid out. Great for small group exercise classes, cycling, strength training, mind and body training. Energetic friendly, Excellent and attentive instructors. Also Located on the trendy and beautiful Marina Walk.

Fantastic experience: Fab little workout area. Loads of classes on offer and the staff are just lovely. They even have these great fitness subscription boxes for all your monthly needs..... just great really.

Fantastic experience: Very nice, cute and clean gym. They have Les Mills workouts with awesome coaches. I always enjoy my workouts there.

Fantastic experience: + Amazing sessions, with HIIT and BOX fully recommended! + The studio is clean and they provide towels and water bottles - Wish they had more classes around midday - Wish the packages were more affordable, so I could spend more time in the studio!

Positive experience: Nice place with great trainers. It feels tiny but what can you expect from such a prime location on The Marina Walk. You can validate for free parking but I wonder if enough spaces are even available during busier times as it's the same parking lot for the Marina walk. Classes are booked online and through an app which makes if convenient. Good prices for pay as you go and this gym only has studios and classes. No actual gym with weights.

Positive experience: + Fun trainers & atmosphere + Good workout, decent equipment, towels/lockers & parking validation - A staff member came in to continually video recorded the class. Would be appreciated if they announced they were going to do this, or if anyone had an issue, especially in this country. - Towels smelled dank - Class ran late & ended late
