Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend TK Fitness. A Professional set up, amazing facilities and extremely friendly team (Fatima) and management. They have all MMA Champions who offer professional training.

Positive experience: Good Gym, but despite raising the price every couple of months quality is definitely not getting better, due to the weather most people prefer working out inside and the ac is just not working in most areas, it is extremely hot and very smelly. Ladies changing room desperately needs a renovation, it smells horrible all the time and most lockers are not working. Love the staff, but the upkeep of the gym is terrible and I think management needs to hear out us women more.

Positive experience: Good gym except it’s missing a valuable piece of equipment that all good gyms should have which is a stepper for elevated exercises. I’m not sure they would care to even get one since they left me on read when I asked. The outdoor section of the gym is great for when the heat outside is somewhat bearable. The parking out in front can get a little hectic and the gym can get busy even on weekday morning- afternoon but the nice staff here makes up for that. I really liked the renovations and what the have done to the gym since I was here last year. It looks more clean and the colours are good

Positive experience: The gym is overall okay, nothing crazy. It’s decently clean and staff at the front are nice. Overall the price is fair, considering that is lower than other gyms, which is great but the reason I’m signing up for other gyms is because one time I requested while on the 3 months contract, a freeze due to a family emergency, and they told me I had to send evidence of it. I said, it’s my grandma, she’s sick I don’t know what kind of evidence you want me to send, plus I didn’t feel comfortable sending evidence of my grandma illness. So that was already bad. But later on after the national flooding where the whole country was paralyzed I came back requesting a freezing due to I wasn’t able to come for almost 2 weeks. Which was fair, we couldn’t, but they told me they weren’t offering that so I almost lost a month worth of service, it wasn’t ideal TBH. And I could’ve been avoided as a courtesy with clients. Anyways, that’s the reason I’m leaving, I’m really hoping that they improve the costumer service. Thanks

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in Dubai for MMA and great service. My PT boxing session with Zaid was exceptional too. I learnt a good technique to slip and counter. I highly recommend Zaid as a Personal Trainer.

Positive experience: I've been going for about a year, so this my honest opinion as someone whos been to multiple gyms over the course of several years in Dubai Pros: - The gym is very clean, and there is equipment for every type of exercise, muscle group and activity - Parking is never an issue, even on peak times - If you're an amateur athlete, there is plenty of people to spar/train with - Having a mini cafe inside is very convenient for pick me ups (coffee,meals to go etc.) Cons: - The gym is 30% coaches/PTs, in a gym thats limited in size this is just makes things inconvenient & crowded sometimes - The classes they offer are *not* if you're a beginner, you should have some prior experience otherwise you just wont be trained properly - The recording and influencer environment means you'l be running into a camera every 10 mins, while people dont mind you being in the shot or walking through their reels. Overall, if you like a place thats slightly more hype than gym, care mainly about aesthetics and less about actually beginning your fitness journey, this gym is the right place I would not recommend tkmma to anyone who wants to start gymming as a starter, i *would* recommend this to someone who has a full range of what they want to achieve and can navigate their way confidently through a smaller, busier space.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at TK MMA for over 3 years now and my experience has been top notch. The facilities are amazing and so are the people. Special mention to coach Khosan who is just superb at his craft and an amazing person. AC the manager at the reception is a very caring professional, would like to thank her for her support in freezing my membership when I had to go for couple of surgeries in 2023. She was always helpful and didn’t hesitate to go that extra mile for me. Kudos to her! Gentleman AC is equally good, he is very kind and straight forward, he had helped me settling in well when I was a new member and also was very instrumental in ensuring my timely renewal and continued superlative experience. Thank you TK MMA! Highly recommended!

Positive experience: great place to go for MMA, wrestling. kickboxing, mauythai, any fitness classes as well as the other combat sports offered. coaches were extremely helpful and professional. as for the gym side and equipment I wasn't really using them but when I did some of the equipment seemed aged and rusted. the snack bar did provide good meals especially for those looking to keep their diet in check. love how the pool over looks the city and gives a great view especially at night. toilets were clean and spacious. for learning combat sports I would 10\10 recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: TK MMA has revamped their entire space recently and have gotten all new equipment. Transformed it into a great space to workout in! The outdoor space of this gym is definitely why I keep coming back. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, shout out to Ace who was very helpful to get my membership sorted and recommended the best package for me. The only improvement I could recommend is for them to get good hairdryers at the gym and to start giving towels.

Fantastic experience: This gym is wonderful. All the machines and new and hi tech -- some are even outside and with the beautiful weather really a pleasure to train on. Positive experience: I read the recent and old reviews on this Gym (13 Sept 2022) and can summarise the common comments as follows: 1- The gym vibes is excellent, equipped very well, indoor and outdoor training options available, high quality boot camps and personal trainers. 2- The gym suddenly closed somewhere between May and June 2022 and opened again after renovations (not sure how long was it shut down for these renovations). 3- Many clients who used to love the place and being loyal customers to the gym were super disappointed with the sudden closure of the gym and felt offended for not notifying them in advance nor replying to their compliants and inquiries about the closure .. many of which have paid a whole year membership in advance. From the above summary of the reviews here, TK gym is an excellent gym but they had their reputation affected so much with the closure incident.. this could be somehow solved if TK management cares and start communicating one by one with all those customers, send them a sincere apology with a promise not to happen again and some giveaways or free one month membership as an example .. in short, TK needs to have a customer retention plan. I'm going to visit the gym this coming Saturday for their free weekly bootcamp and see how is the facility, training, vibes .. etc Will edit this review accordingly, I just gave a 3 stars temporarily to be somewhere in the middle till I visit and try their services

Fantastic experience: The new renovations looks good. The Public Bootcamp on Saturday morning by Johnny and Frank are just so good. Proper circuit, weights and body weights workout, so if you want a workout, you get a proper one just then! Ample parking behind the building.

Fantastic experience: TK MMA is by far the best gym around. From the ownership, to management, to the coaches, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I highly recommend checking this gym out. I train here 4 to 5 times a week...such a family vibe as soon as you walk in to the Bootcamp class. Definitely highly recommended!

Positive experience: Ditch UFC gym. Here is half the price for better training partners, massive outdoor gym, indoor gym, cage, ring, mats, pool. However compare to other places I have been outside Dubai, the combat level is not high, it’s okay for beginners. Most pros training in small groups of their own fyi. Has sparring for boxing, wrestling, mma and kickboxing/muay thai. No nogi jitsu, roll with some people in wreslting sparring and level is not good, not refering to pure wrestling. Overall good environment.

Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather, John Cena, Alexander Overeem, Royce Gracie, Rich Franklin and lots more. Run by true gent Tam Khan. Tam even arranged for me to meet the great Royce Gracie about 8 years ago!
