Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Fitness First for 5 years now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best fitness clubs in the UAE! They offer a wide variety of classes, but my personal favorite is their yoga sessions. I do hope they’ll consider adding a sound healing yin yoga class it would be amazing for sound healing enthusiasts like me. The staff are always so welcoming, and the clubs are clean, accessible, and well-organized. My favorite location is definitely Marina Gate!

Это была отличная круговая  тренировка у тренера Ahmed Madkour. Моя физподготовка, я бы сказала на начальном уровене, и к тому же, я не владею английским языком и вообще мне было страшно, но благодаря поддржке тренера , я справилась! Занятие прошло в динамичной и дружелюбной атмосфере. Тренер Ahmed Madkour оказывал своевременную помощь, разъяснял и показывал как выполнять упражнения, следил за техникой подбадривал. И вот я - супер герой! Я справилась, благодаря грамотно построенной тренировке. И что важно, я вышла из зала в потрясающем настроении, полна энергии и оптимизма. И это большая заслуга профессионализма тренера Ahmed Madkour. Рекомендую Gym Fitness First Marina Gate всем, кто хочет улучшить свою физическую форму и получить удовольствие от тренировок !

Fantastic experience: One of my favorite brunches. Stuff is always friendly, free parking, variety of classes. Clean&cozy. Too crowded while peak hours though. Midday is perfect for me. Would be cool to have more of functional training classes. ✌

Fantastic experience: It's my second home, a healthy place to destress, sweat, and see friendly faces. Reception staff are so welcoming: Gary, Sally, Katherine. Sales staff are so helpful. Shout out to Servu crew who keep the place in order, the unknown soldiers in Fitness First.

Positive experience: Great environment with a stunning view, the equipment is good however a bit lacking in quantity and the gym is a little small so it can easily get crowded throughout the day.

Always ready to help and make you feel part of the family. I also started doing Yoga after many failed trials at other studios, Alex is an amazing instructor. Fantastic experience: Fitness First Marina Gate has the friendliest gym center environment I have been to. Starting from the reception, personal trainers, gym instructors down to its gym members. Everyone smiles at you as if they know you, which is really sweet. They also have the best classes and instructors that sometimes I wanted to attend all- however, my body doesn’t allow it. Mauricio, Kristoffer and Andrea are among my favorites

Positive experience: Whilst this is a good "basic" gym, it's getting older and this shows in some of the quality of the equipment. Front desk staff are generally pretty helpful and cheerful, but at peak hours the 5 or so active PTs that they have on staff generally monopolize all the best equipment, since there are only 3 or four benches this can get a bit tiresome when you're trying to work out. Some of the PTs are very friendly and always have a smile, others are....not so polite. They've also evidently oversubscribed their memberships for such a relatively small facility, and the place is often overcrowded to the point it's basically unusable for anyone who's trying to get a serious workout in, in less than an hour. You'll spend a lot of your time waiting to use the limited equipment. Changing rooms are well maintained but there are no sauna or steam facilities, which as a premium gym, in a premium location, you'd be expecting. Watch out also, if you sign up and choose to give up your membership and join at a later date (even 3 or 4 months later). It doesn't matter how long you were a member for, they'll charge you a "joining fee", which doesn't exactly scream "we value our returning customers". I tried a couple of the group classes too (to be fair this was late last year, 2022)- the Yoga was great, unfortunately the HIIT/Strength class with the male instructor wasn't. He seemed to be making up 99% of the workout as we went along and was pretty disengaged and disinterested the whole time.

Fantastic experience: Gym is closer to my house and very convenient timings and fully equipped as well as all staff, specially front desk staff “ Ara, Sally, Kat & joy “ they are so cool ! They always greets you with smile on their face and always helpful! and all trainers too! Gym is always clean and neat ! 10 stars from my side!

As, this is my first time ever to join any gym, Super Special mention for my PT Danijela; she is kind, helpful & understanding and has been assisting/helping me in ways above & beyond. Cons: cleanliness of class studios, last week i found next to my mat pile of hair, this week greasy barbell, dirty mats; please introduce cleaning wipes instead of sprays, they have extremely strong smell and if someone uses during the class the rest is suffocating

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Fitness First, the variety of classes, professional and motivating instructors, clean studios, new equipment, ... We all love attending the classes and the great energy we get, but can we get more benefits and enjoy even more? Last week I had an amazing personal training session with Stefan. I attend the sessions every day and try to do all the exercises in the best form, but still get pain in certain parts. In 1 session, I learned about the mistakes I make and how to improve them, the imbalances I have (or developed) and ways to help and the last and not the least, he discovered my pain points and being also a physiotherapist, helped relieving the pain. I left the session knowing how to start changing the small things in my workout routine to improve my health and left feeling light. If you are looking for personal training, I would definitely recommend to ask for Stefan. If you are like me, enjoying the classes, I would recommend you take few sessions with him, he can guide you to enjoy your classes even more and have even greater effect.

I had a very very frustrated experience yesterday , I am with fitness first over a year now and there are many great instructors ,but it's was first time yesterday i had such a very bad experience in a class!

Overall gym space is very limited. In the peak hours it is too crowded which makes it inconvenient to exercise. 2. Gym equipment variety and number is very limited. 3. Expensive personal trainers. 4. Cleaning of the floor after each class is not on point. Somehow disgusting, and I have to clean floor around me myself. 5. Generally it is a pricy gym. 6. Limited space of the group classes rooms.

Fantastic experience: Very nice stuff and PT’s. But hygene is a bit problem. Sometimes there are classes back to back in main studio (15 min between), after the first class air circulation and floor mopping is disaster.

Fantastic experience: I usually don't provide reviews, but I am making an exception. My experience with Fitness First Marina Gate has been wonderful. The large selection of classes are great and the atmosphere is welcoming. In addition, the trainers are friendly. Especially, Matteo, he has been my personal trainer for a while and I find him to be knowledgeable, pays attention to details, professional and respectful. I appreciate that he explains each exercise precisely and also clarifies the purpose behind each workout. I am seeing a lot of progress after training with him. Kudos to the team.
