Fantastic experience: Its an amazing gym with many facilities and the coaches are very experienced and know what they are doing, in just 1 year of training I went from being a complete beginner to being confident in sparring and being able to stand my ground.

Positive experience: Decent gym. Main problem is the absence of mitt work during classes. If you want to do mitt work then you must go with a private training session which is quite expensive.

The workouts are tough but so rewarding, and I feel myself getting stronger every week. There’s always a great vibe, and everyone, from the staff to the fellow members, is friendly and supportive.

Fantastic experience: Among all the best coach’s each known for their own skill sets. Shout out to Larry, Musa, Jon Rey, Faizan and Melvin. Attended one of the technical Boxing classes with Waleed hands down one of the most knowledgeable and informative insights on foot movement. And still one of the best boxing gym here in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: I have been training here from past 6-7 years and can definitely recommend Round 10 as the top boxing gym in Dubai. I do not go to any other place for boxing except this one, it's simply the best as a real boxing only gym. It has all facilities you will need. The trainers are very professional and give you good guidance on your workout plans so that you get maximum benefit out of each session. And if it is still not enough then there is always an option of live sparring with pro boxers at no extra charge! Although the JIP/Marina branch closed which was convenient for training. But love training in Al Quoz as well.

They have also other class like beginners boxing technique class and other good techniques class. Also there staff are very friendly. Most recommended gym in dubai!

Fantastic experience: I had been boxing for a long time and I loved it. However, after my second child was born, I stopped going to the gym regularly. When my husband started taking classes at Round 10 again, it made me want to go back too! The new changes implemented in classes are great: variation in classes and high energy. Overall good vibe. I like how they have a lot of different types of training so that each person can find what works best for them as an individual. This is one of the top gyms out there with great people who are always friendly!

I came across this gym through word of mouth and had an idea that it would be good since i saw people losing weight here, so decided to give it a try. Fantastic experience: I train in Round 10 Boxing since past 6-7 years now and it has become a part of my life. The boxing training is so much fun, i feel like I am playing with friends when we are training together. I have made many great friends from this gym as well which makes me very happy to be a part of such an amazing club .The coaches are really good at what they do and know there game well on how to push you without pushing you too hard that you end up getting injured or not being able to train for the next few days because of injuries.

Negative experience: In terms of coaches and training I’d say it’s very good , but when it comes to customer service it’s the worst place I have ever dealt with , I’ve been tryna refund my gym membership for weeks now since the jip branch closed due to COVID I only got to attend 3-5 classes and I bought a 3 month or 6 month membership I’m not sure which one , they always tell me they will call me back and never do it’s very disappointing and I wouldn’t come back or recommend to anyone fitness first is better .

Tho it's been awhile I went now, I can't wait for my trainer to come back from vacation and join this place again. I wish it was a little more affordable for me to join with other trainers as well but unfortunately. I do however think it's a pretty amazing place and well maintained.

Theyre extremely graceful and their moves will always remind me of the time i watched floyd mayweather in the show “dancing with the stars”. Youll get more than what you pay for. Receptionists are warm and friendly. I have high respect for mma and muay thai but not as much as Conventional boxing wherein movements are restricted, it teaches you discipline by throwing ur jab in a ruled way and not in a messy free moves. It teaches you to focus and develop ur agility and strength

Negative experience: We've been going to this gym for a while and unfortunately there is one particular coach who is consistently poor for my child. So much so it has put my child off from training here again which is a great shame because the other coaches have been great. Goes to show, one bad coach is all it takes!
