Negative experience: avoid! for so many reasons. not only is the studio in a super industrial part of al quoz, it’s also next to impossible to find parking anywhere. there was no mention on classpass that I’d need to bring my own grippy socks so i had to buy a pair at reception i don’t know her name but my teacher was more interested in her own reflection and her phone instead of teaching the class. i signed up for a Lagree class and while some of the exercises were from the Lagree method, the teacher just slapped together a bunch of random exercises with no flow. she had us do 10 cat-cows as a warm up before launching into isolated muscle group exercises which is so dangerous. even though there were only 3 of us, she didn’t bother watching us — she’d just announce the next exercises in a soft voice (so we could barely hear her) without bothering to explain and then go back to staring at her own reflection at one point i asked her for help to make my cables symmetrical, and in the middle of me explaining where i needed help, she turned away from me and started helping another class member… just because you have the appropriate certifications, doesn’t make you a good teacher! do yourself a favour and skip this place

Negative experience: This place by far has been the worst to us, I can’t tell you how the workout went since we didn’t even attend the class. My friend & I booked one of their megaformer classes a week in advance. We drove for 35 mins and when we reach the receptionist pretends like there was no class initially at the time we booked, which was 11am. (Acting all smart and surprised) Then we come to know that there has been a last minute rescheduling by the trainer and they didn’t inform us. They preponed it by an hour. We asked for a refund since we weren’t impressed by the way they dealt with us especially that the trainer was there at the reception and she didn’t even apologize for the last minute change and not informing us. The receptionist said that the manager is on vacation and she can’t answer her phone, I followed up daily after and sent several whatsapp messages and until today 2 months later there has been no reply to any of our calls or messages. They charged us 130aed each, we never attended the class and they never reimbursed us or answered our calls/messages. Shame that I’m forced to give it a star rating.

Fantastic experience: Experienced a sense of lightheartedness in mind and body. Best place to practice hot vinyasa yoga. Best in class facilities and well trained instructors.

Negative experience: Attended bikram through ClassPass and will not be coming back. Firstly, hemant’s teaching style is just plain aggressive - changing poses with claps of hands or snap of fingers, this is more like training animals in the circus arena not teaching yoga. There was nothing remotely spiritual so probably should be called something else not yoga. Right at the entrance I was asked to sign a disclaimer that everything that happens is my responsibility which in itself is okay but then in class I was called out and pushed to bend more or do some other ridiculous staff that I have declined citing the disclaimer and that everyone should not be pushed beyond their level. The arrogance and aggressiveness of the instructor is beyond anything. There are plenty of studios where this one can go ahead and borrow some best practices to just name a few - Zen Yoga and Yoga House. I have not stayed till the end of class and will not recommend. And also that mention that parking is available is not true, when I asked where I should park the answer was “anywhere”, meaning somewhere between industrial trucks, there is no designated parking. And what messed up responses they write to bad feedback…

Fantastic experience: Lovely place , i tried megaformer And i really love it .

Positive experience: Enjoyable Bikram classes, professional, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful instructors. Never too busy which is great. Room gets nice and hot but does vary in heat depending on where you are in the room. Free parking undercover if you honk your horn at the security gate they let you in. Changing rooms are small and could do with an upgrade. The carpeting in the hot room is unusual. It doesn’t put me off going, but replacing it with something that can be easily wiped clean would be an improvement in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Eric's class was the first time I had attended a hot yoga class. I really loved his energy and style of teaching. He is very motivational and supportive throughout the class. I am now a frequent attendee and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy Eric's classes at Bay Yoga - I was nervous to attend by myself but he always makes you feel super welcome and has a great positive and calm energy. Really recommend his classes - suitable for people of all abilities!

Negative experience: On November 13, I was signed up for a Bikram yoga class with Larisa jean, but when I arrived it was closed. the next day, when I came and asked why you was closed, I signed up for the lesson, they began to say that no one was signing up and so they left, but I signed up and I have a notification about this, I will attach a photo. and they made me guilty of everything, when I tried to talk to them, the girl at the reception ignored me, and the teacher Larisa Jean said that I myself was to blame for everything I am very upset by this attitude. only because people wanted to go home earlier, they made me guilty of everything, although they could just apologize for this situation and solve the problem in this way, and not say that I’m lying and didn’t sign up for the lesson

Negative experience: I had bad experience with them . I bought Clasess which apparently expired in 2 weeks without even starting .The information on website isn’t clear . The worst they don’t even care to resolve the problem and try to provide good service . I guess all they care it’s payments . I live 13 years in Dubai never had such a bad experience.

Negative experience: When I visited the studio, there were scary stains on the toilet seat and the showers looked super run down and dirty. The hot yoga studio has a carpet floor! Imagine how much sweat pours onto the carpet in one hot yoga class. Your mat has to touch that dirty carpet each time and when you’re doing floor poses your face comes close to touching it. So gross. I only came to this studio because it had a good yoga instructor and was close to where I lived, however the instructor has since resigned.

Negative experience: Terrible

Positive experience: Bikram instructor is very hands on and attentive. Hot inferno Pilates is also really fun. They do occasionally change classes without letting class pass attendees know which gets a tad annoying. Good experience overall.

Fantastic experience: This was one of my very first time experiences with hot yoga in my life I come from a back ground of weight lifting and martial arts and this was very challenging. And to guide me through this first ever experience It was pleasure to have Miss Istafiah H. The pace of the class felt just right and not rushed through at all and everytime she noticed me in doubt, I was physically shown the pose. Thanks to her positive vibe and energy I lasted the 60 mins. Certainly looking forward to add this into a part of my lifestyle with bay yoga. One of the best Instructor I've come across.

Fantastic experience: Very interesting experience I have never done it in my life. Take a towel! That was my mistake and I could not focus on my form because I was sliding constantly

Negative experience: The classes are fine. What is beyond me and the reason I hold from going there again , is how a place that does bikram / hot yoga can keep carpet flooring on the floor (clearly the room used to be an office). It is so anti hygienic. Just a suggestion, replace with a laminate or a cement finish, anything that can be easily cleaned. ✨

Negative experience: So incredibly unprofessional! I have bought a 10hour package from Bay Yoga on the 23rd of November. After attending 3 classes I had to stop for 2 months now due to the lack of teachers and classes. I had to discover that by myself since the app wasn’t even updated and the person answering the calls didn’t have any relevant information. After that I attended a “terrible” class with the new teacher. I have asked for a refund considering the situation but they refused and since then I’ve been waiting, again, for the new classes and teachers to be introduced, as promised, but they never did and they don't even bother to answer anymore. Totally unprofessional and unethical, very poor organization and communication, definitely centered on the profit and not on the client.

Negative experience: BAD experience and Really bad service! They promised me they’d pay me back for some classes and never did.. I wrote a bad review, they asked me to take it down and asked for my bank details to transfer the amount.. but once I removed that comment, they stopped replying to my calls/texts and never transferred the $..

Negative experience: This is a commercial- centric, not a client-centric studio. Negative attitude from the owner. It's not the place where you want to come back again.

Fantastic experience: Great yoga center and facilities, the Bikram here is AMAZING, you feel totally refreshed. Plus it is super clean, you even enter through a santization tunnel!! Highly recommended

Positive experience: good yoga classes

Positive experience: Great Bikram and Hot Pilates classes center. The instructors are very good from all over the world and the facilities over all are pretty decent. Quite pricey and not very flexible with the packages or deals. They provide one towel and you can rent a yoga mat for 5dhs if you need it. Carpark is available.

Negative experience: Prices are higher , schedule is rigid , and not enough classes per day, policies and general attitude of owner and instructors are negative and commercialized.Compared to other studios in Dubai.

Negative experience: The main concern i have with the studio is the carpet flooring, looks like it was converted from an office space. Carpet flooring is best to keep dust and moisture, not ideal for a sport that focuses so much on breathing but unfortunately perfect environment for little bugs.. This is the only studio which teaches Bikram in this side of town so I go there for convenience.. Teacher is very professional and nice, which compensates the less friendly receptionist..

Negative experience: The fact that the owner of this studio comments only on 5 stars reviews shows how they dont care at all about other peoples reviews. I live in downtown area and i used to go to marina. By convenience i started going to bay yoga. Terrible place, unwelcoming personnel (mainly the receptionist). The only thing they care about is money despite all the nice philosophy they preach. I will drive 40 kms a day to go back to rawr yoga. At least i will enjoy my yoga sessiona and go home happy and relaxed.
