Positive experience: Really enjoyed my Megaformer classes at the club. The coaches are great and really help you work out all your muscles. Price are a bit expensive (but as expected from the new "normal" in Dubai). They have a 1st user offer for three classes, make sure to ask for it if you are just starting. The location is a bit dodgy and hard to find if you do not have the right info, but this is in al quoz (industrial area) so not surprised.

Positive experience: Good pilates studio , has a range of other activities to choose from like Bikram yoga , pole, Trx. The trainers are good. U get good one on one attention despite a full class . They have added an al Qouz branch which is ok
