Besides offering a wide array of yoga, meditation and sound healing classes they also offer several accredited teacher and speciality trainings. I have enjoyed taking my 200 YTT, meditation teacher training, yin yoga, yoga nidra and planning on more Ozge, Yrina, Irina, Alex, Yuliia, instructors and teachers are all warm, inclusive and wealths of wisdom! Fantastic experience: I spent only 3 weekends at Karma Yoga studying under the incredible Desire Buk for the Meditation Teacher Training certification but it felt like a lifetime and such a fulfilling and enriching time Karma Yoga has such a serene energy and Desire teaches in a way that is straight from her soul. They become your family and you walk away from Karma Studio blessed and blissed out! My heart is filled with love and gratitude for the sisters I met and became friends with as part of the course and I carry them in every cell of my being.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Karma Yoga and I couldn’t recommend them more. The structure of the training is on point, the instructors are very knowledgable, the studio is so beautiful and the experience is magical. I have expanded my horizons not only in terms of yoga practice, but in general about the yogi way of living, the philosophy and the ethics. These are lessons I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I had the chance to try different styles of yoga, workshops and meditation classes as part of the training, which really added to my knowledge and understanding. Extra points for the amazing group of classmates/friends that I shared this experience with. Finally, I want to mention that I have attended the weekend format due to the fact I work full-time during the week, and the instructors and staff were very accomondating with my needs and schedule.

The course is structured and led by incredible teachers, who build your knowledge and confidence throughout, whilst allowing you to find your own path. You are exposed to a variety of teaching, mediation and yoga styles which helps give you a broad understanding of the practice and allows you to determine what works for you. Fantastic experience: I did my 200 hour teacher training in karma yoga. From the moment I walked in on the very first day our teachers Ozge and Amara welcomed us with open arms. The studio has a lovely calming and welcoming vibe to it. Our classes were well structured and lead by very knowledgeable teachers from asanas to meditation to anatomy. I would highly recommend karma yoga for anyone who is thinking of doing yoga teacher training or anyone who just wants a new place to feel welcome when practicing yoga.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to Karma Yoga studio before I signed up for 50 hour meditation teacher training, but from the moment I stepped through the doors I felt like I had made the right decision. There was a lovely feeling walking into that studio, warm and inviting and also of curiosity, I wanted to know what was waiting for me behind those doors. The staff are lovely and always greet you with a big smile and a warm welcome. You feel safe and looked after. (and it also smells divine ;-) Desire Buk - our meditation teacher I think most people can remember being at school. There were some classes you just turned up to, the teacher told you some information and you tried to remember it. And there were some classes you felt excited to attend, where the teacher was inspiring and you could feel their passion on the subject matter and you wanted to learn. Desire is this teacher, I really felt her authenticity, excitement and passion for what she was teaching us. She has a real gift to fully engage people because she puts a lot of herself and her experiences into her teaching to bring it to life - this you cant get just from reading a book. I was very lucky to form amazing bonds with the people in my class and that in part I attribute to Desire because she created a space where everyone felt safe enough to make themselves vulnerable and open up, including herself. Through that, we were able to make deep connections with other. It is one thing to be able to pass information on, and another to really inspire someone and give them the courage to face their fears and give them tools to teach, and want to inspire others. This 50 hour course was transformative to me. It was challenging, emotional, rewarding, inspiring and most of all heartfelt. I could not ask for more.

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness, where do I even start?! I came into this 50hr Meditation course with the only expectation of deepening my knowledge of mindfulness and learning different types of meditations; but I have walked away not only with a wealth of knowledge on all things from Philosophy to Traditional Yogic practises. I am now so much more confident in myself as a person (and now as a teacher! ) which is saying A LOT as I have struggled most my life with public speaking and expressing my true self. That in itself is invaluable. Most importantly and sacredly to me though is the sisterhood that was cultivated over these last 3 weeks, it is insane how it feels like I’ve known wonderful Désirée and my beautiful classmates for years! Every single one of these golden souls has opened my heart, taught me so many amazing insights into myself and overall has brought so much joy, laughter, wisdom and live into my life - all of which I’m eternally grateful for. All of this was expertly and heart led by the beautiful Désirée. I can’t seem to put into words just how grateful I am that the universe guided me to her as my Teacher. Désirée is one of the kindest, most grounding, lovely souls I have ever had the privilege of meeting. She is an absolute fountain of knowledge, but you can tell this knowledge has been lived and breathed. Her love and reverence for Meditation is so evident every time she speaks and teaches and it was so moving and inspiring to witness. I only hope to be as great a teacher as her in my future ❤️ This Méditation course has been one of the most enriching and soul fulfilling experiences of my life and I cannot recommend Karma Yoga Studio and Désirée highly enough!

Fantastic experience: It is difficult to describe such an inspiring experience in one paragraph. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Karma Yoga, Dubai and it took just short of 3 months. There are different options for the training and as I work Monday to Friday I opted for the weekend program and embarked on the journey with 11 other wonderful, hopeful students. From the beginning the training was holistic and designed to be an experience for each individual student. The teachers are knowledgeable and compassionate and their passion for the practice really shines through during every moment of the course. The 200 hours includes a wealth of theory including yoga philosophy, anatomy and the practice of teaching vinyasa and hatha. The teachers use every opportunity to apply this theory to the practice sessions of which there are 1 or 2 timetabled for every course day. These sessions are given by a combination of past graduates (which is really inspiring) and also renowned resident and guest teachers. The importance of yoga's lineage is emphasized throughout the course and I learnt a lot of Sanskrit :). I left the course feeling prepared to begin the teaching journey and with an even stronger dedication to my own personal practice. I wholeheartedly recommend Karma Yoga and the teachers for anyone considering undertaking the yoga teacher training course.

Fantastic experience: I completed my 50H meditation course here with Desire and I cannot recommend this course (with this mentor) enough. Her style of teaching is so beautiful and her passion for meditation made me want to understand as much as I can about the subject. Out of all the yoga/wellnesses courses I have done this has definitely been one of my favourites and that is largely down to Desire and her care and attentiveness towards everyone in the group.

Fantastic experience: The singing bowl teacher training with Anna was really nice with lots of information. I know i am now a stronger and better person with the enriching knowledge our teacher passed on to us. The ancient art of healing through sound is a powerful tool to possess. But I would have really loved if the course lasted longer i do feel there are more fundamentals that could not be squeezed into the 2 day course, an additional day would be really beneficial . Fantastic experience: I attended the 50hr Yin YTTC at Karma Yoga and I'm very pleased I made that decision. Both the trainers, Desiré and Agathe, are extremely knowledgeable and deliver the content of the course in an engaging manner. Students are encouraged to ask questions and to gain hands on experience with adjustments and using props. I thoroughly enjoyed the 3 weekends spent at the studio and have come away feeling confident about my ability to lead a class.

I was surprised to know how many different techniques can be applied for meditation. This course is amazing opportunity to find the way to yourself and learn how it’s better to share with other people! I’m happy to experience this! I have just finished my Yin Yoga training with 2 super talented and beautiful souls: Desire Buk and Agathe Van Ryssel are not only talented and extremely experienced, they are 2 wonderful teachers and their knowledge and experience are truly remarkable. I found her to be a gentle, warm n very supportive .She is an amazing, loving and caring person. Fantastic experience: A wonderful environment to practise yoga even as a beginner. All the teachers are wonderful and I highly recommend the stretch yoga classes. The packages are great value and the receptionist goes above and beyond to help with booking classes - she remembers for me when I forget!

Fantastic experience: I have been in Toni's sessions a few times already and I cannot recommend her enough. She is a wonderful woman and her energy is absolutely contagious and healing. After each session of us , I felt much better and lighter. She really helped me overcome some of the patterns I wanted to transform and supported my inner journey ❤️‍ She is a true support and I am so glad to get to know her.

Fantastic experience: I am a big fan of stretching classes at Karma Yoga as well as gong meditations. So it’s not only about yoga it’s about friendly and calm environment where you can try different techniques to calm your body and mind best end of the week for me is deep stretching class on Thursday evening highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Just finished 200 ytt program here, was beyond my expectation. The teacher are lovely and encouraging , training atmosphere so calming and reflect good vibe. Flexible schedule and online sessions available, the material covered all things and easy to digest . Covid regulations was well maintained here. And the chance to teach community class in the studio after graduation give me immense confidence to feel the real teaching situation. Was an outstanding experience!

Fantastic experience: Having just completed my 200hr teacher training at Karma Yoga Studio, I can't sing it's praises enough. It is much more than a training course, the space makes it feel like a retreat, that you enjoy going to each day. Not only do you come out of the training with a teacher certificate, allowing you to share your passion with others, you are fully equipped by the amazing teachers to do so. You go on a beautiful journey with the other students and teachers by your side to learn more about yoga from its roots and it also encourages you to look inwards and learn more about yourself. Even if you are not aiming to teach yoga, this little haven in Karma studio can provide you a wonderful space to take time aside for you and develop in many different ways. You will be welcomed by Cheska each day, and accompanied by Ozge, Ioana and Leelah who will make you feel like family.
