Fantastic experience: The gym is equipped with almost all kinds of machines and the staff at the reception is very polite and professional. The gym and the facilities are clean too ! Even though I use Privilee, I find this to be the best place to go to !

Fantastic experience: Good gym, decent equipment, clean and organised. A few things missing that I would expect from a top class gym - a few more facilities, providing workout clothing, towels for showering, deodorant, body lotion, etc. that gyms like Virgin provide. Ashley Maninang was helpful and made the enrolment easy.

Positive experience: I really dont want to make a review but my heart goes to Ann in the reception. She appeared visibly upset after Marlon shouted at her from the gym to the reception area. Although I couldn't grasp the details due to the language barrier, I believe it's important to bring this to the staff's attention. Despite this isolated incident, I want to highlight that the gym consistently offers excellent service to its members.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Fidelity Fitness Club for a couple of months now and i am very happy with my choice. The entrance to the gym itself provides great vibes. “Ashley” should be your point of contact for sure , she makes all the membership process easy . And yes, i had a great training experience with “Cassious Abrahams” from Fidelity. He has an ability to tune into how i am feeling during workouts and making adjustments on the fly to ensure i am always challenged but never overwhelmed and this is the reason i extended more 12 sessions with him

Fantastic experience: I recommend this gym! At a moment I was fed up and I've tried a lot of others gyms in Dubai but I finally back to Fidelity, why? It's super clean, cleaner than other places, staff are 100% dedicated and especially Ashley. Others + of this place: big windows and a swimming pool.

Positive experience: the location of Fidelity GYM is quite convenient for me with walking distance from my apartment. Sales/ Ms. Ashley helps me enroll my membership and sign up my 60 swimming classes with swimming instructor Mr. Jeric, who is very patient and experienced in teaching. Receptionists always greet guests with nice smiles. Meanwhile, I am still with membership with Fitness First since I have been with FF for 6 years. I love both GYMs.

Fantastic experience: The outdoor heated pool is very well maintained. The swimming coach is always very friendly and happy to help as are the receptionist. Their showering facilities provide abundant clean towels. The gym equipment are very well maintained and worn out items are quickly replaced.

Fantastic experience: I just passed by this gym a week after I transferred in the area and accidentally enrolled, Although very hesitant at first, I can say that its worth the value of my money. Its like they know exactly what I want and looking for - Their Sauna is actually working which is a very big plus for me since I have also been a member of Fitness first (and Gymnation) and never did I once saw Fitness First sauna working. Fidelity Fitness also have a very nice swimming pool which you can just hang around on a lazy weekend for a relaxing swim, they have option of classes done by the poolside - Body Pump, Yoga , Zumba, etc , which in other gyms are just done inside the Studio. They have friendly staffs, a regular cleaner of the equipment which roams around to wipe after you use.They use biometrics instead of card, their lockers are digital you dont have to worry about the padlocks. And oh! they also have the option to pay by cash and short term of 3 months membership which is a very good flexibility and worry free as you will not be debited without you knowing. Highly recommended! Special shoutout to Ken and Ann for always being funny.

Fantastic experience: I love the Fidelity gym. It is the best place for any sports and fitness enthusiasts. The space is well designed for group sessions and even spaces for doing individual gym. The best part of this gym is the reception and support team. They welcome and be available for you always with a smile. Angela is the most graceful person from the team.
