The coaches are really professional and really aim for your personal development…. Thank you Iconic fitness for being part of the family, I don’t think I can find a family like this anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: joined this community after my spine surgery. Good mix of choice depending on specific person aim: - Crossfit - Transformation - Rehabilitation I started 3 months of rehabilitation with Coach Hannes (amazing person) to then move after strenghtening my core to Crossfit, which i do since last year. Despite being a "no Gym person", I kept coming for the relation with people (community building) both with coaches and participants, the results i noticed (started changing size of shirts) and the traditional weekly "easy beer" after a class. Good for: - people focusing on a progressive change of activity (rihab / transformation / crossfit) - being fit - social connections / aim to be - easy and curious ones Not good for: - only fit freak not easily social - "look how cool i am" in the mirror (there are only 2 mirrors) - "My gym has also the sauna and a special bodyfight class by Mr XXX champion of the world"

Fantastic experience: The gym is great and the coaches are amazing! The coaches ensure that everyone has the right form while weightlifting and are incredibly helpful and patient when correcting it. In addition, the programming is also great - with a healthy mix of weightlifting and conditioning WOD’s…but overall, it is an incredible community. I’ve been going for two months and I always look forward to it everyday! Would definitely recommend Iconic!

Fantastic experience: I've been training at Iconic Fitness for over a year now. When I first joined, I could barely perform one full squat. However, after a year, one of my personal greatest achievements was to perform a full weighted deep squat . It was all thanks to the coaches, the program, the supportive community, and the gym's excellent facilities. The classes are suitable for everyone, so whether you are a beginner or a pro, the coaches will scale the workouts and the movements based on your level. Yalla! We're waiting for you at the gym ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I completed the two week crossfit beginners program and I enjoyed every minute of it. Firstly, the Iconic family are so welcoming and friendly, they get rid of that fear of being a first timer. Rey was a super coach, she was so patient and went through each exercise step by step. After completing the two weeks I now feel confident and comfortable in joining a crossfit class. Rey is great fun and always makes sure to check in with us throughout the week. I would highly recommend signing up to this program if you are looking to start something new and to meet amazing new people!

Fantastic experience: Registered to the one month elements beginner program while in Dubai and can’t recommend enough! All-included program with unlimited access to a world-class gym, two beginner weeks, personal training sessions, weight/bf before and after. Rey and her incredible energy every session did an amazing job at coaching us from the very basics, ramping up to more complex movements by the end of the two weeks beginner intro and making us ready for two more weeks of regular WODs. Corrected many issues accumulated across years of solo training, and found a great positive community motivating me to come every session. Thanks Rey and the amazing Iconic Fitness community, I’ll make sure to come back in Dubai more often to train with you all!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Iconic is incredible. I didn't have any previous training of Cross fit (my exercise was walking) so I joined the beginners course with Rey and I'm super happy I did, Rey has all the patience to explain the step by step and to adjust the exercises to fit your limitations and encourage you to progress at your own time which I think is great, also, the Iconic community is great, the people are super friendly!

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Iconic (CrossFit Duo) as a visitor in 2016. I wrote a 5-star review back then saying how welcome they make you feel and how inclusive the programming and the atmosphere were. But reviews don't always age well. Management changes, staff changes, facilities age, etc. Not Iconic. The gym is well maintained and most of the staff is the same from when I started coming. I have brought many guests in and even those who did not sign up commented on the environment and on the attention they received. Yes, it's a little expensive (what isn't in Dubai?) and yes it's not perfect (does that even exist?), but, out of the 30 plus CrossFit gyms I've been to around the world, it's one of the best in my opinion. Which is why I'm a member now that I live in Dubai.

Fantastic experience: Iconic Fitness has been a breathe of fresh air, i had been focusing on general gym training but wanted something that continued to improve my strength & cardio but also had teamwork and a community feel at the heart of it. Iconic has been just that since i joined over 3 weeks ago the community / trainers at Iconic have been friendly, approachable and down to earth. I would hugely recommend them as a CrossFit gym and look forward to continuing my journey with them.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Iconic Fitness for a little over 6 weeks now. THE only gym I've been to where the team didn't want to quickly sell me on some sort of a package, but they were rather concerned about whether I'd be a good fit or not - that was mega refreshing. The journey started by scheduling a meet with Coach Hannes who listened closely to my journey and what I'd like to achieve. And just like that we were off to the races and I haven't looked back. Legitimately the friendliest team ever, this place definitely fits the bill if you're looking for a community that is both fun and is eager to get you in the best shape but most importantly At. Your. Own. Pace. If you're a Dubai Marina resident, Iconic Fitness should be a no brainer. If you live a bit far, it's worth the drive. Oh, the music playlists are always fire by the way. I have been with them for over 5 years and I just love the place, workouts & the people.

Fantastic experience: I always look forward to my sessions with Hannes who is excellent in Rehab training. It’s like personal training but taking into account injuries and niggles and fixing it / making it stronger through the right exercise. His jokes are also funny. The gym has a nice vibe, basic but the people are friendly, the programmes are great and the experience is what counts. From what I see on the cross fit side, they really do “safe” stuff, cross-fit that prevents injuries. I think that’s quite key.

Fantastic experience: I came to Iconic thinking CrossFit is a cult and I will never sign up. But I did because the people and the vibe were amazing: a community gym where everyone knows each other and cheers you on, even on your bad days. And turns out, I really like when a workout leaves you breathless on the floor at the end. 5 years on, I’m stronger, I feel great about myself all around and made a ton of friends at the gym. If this is what CrossFit is, I’m a convert.

The place was perfect location on the marina. It was clean and had everything a crossfitter would need! Fantastic experience: Joining Iconic two years ago have changed my life. I don't say this very often (ever, actually) but here it is totally warranted. I have started Crossfit as a 38-year old who never played any sports before; now it is part of my daily routine (hello 6AM class!) While I'm still quite some way from being a proper athlete, I can do things I never expected I could and am in better shape then ever before. The classes are engaging, fun and challenging from day one, no matter your fitness level. The coaches are super nice, give you feedback and help you getting better. Iconic is not just a Crossfit box, it's a community of awesome, friendly members and coaches. Dubai is a very transient place, but this community helps you not only be fitter but to make friends with people you would never otherwise cross paths with.

Fantastic experience: I joined Iconic Fitness three months ago, on a friends recommendation, to improve my health, fitness and overall well-being and I'm so glad I did. The coaches/ trainers are so knowledgeable and inspiring. They motivate me to keep going, to push through challenges and have guided the progress I have made. They always greet me with a warm welcome, no matter how busy their day has been. The classes are so well structured and, though appropriately challenging, you find yourself having fun! I could see my progress within weeks. The classes are full of friendly people and you feel part of a close and supportive community from your first session. Fantastic experience: This Gym is awesome !! I decided to switch from Bodybuilding to Crossfit 2 years ago because I wanted to get more fit and have higher stamina and endurance. I tried several gyms in Dubai before doing that and non of them compared to Iconic Fitness. The environment and community is supper fun, friendly, and supportive. The coaches are proficient, sincere, and attentive to each member’s needs depending on their level, skill set, and ability. Workouts are always fun and diverse to cover a full body workout every week without overthinking or preparing. I was relatively new to training and gyms and was apprehensive when I started…however I need not have worried, the team immediately calmed my nerves by being warm and welcoming. Every single day the coaches and the front desk team will greet you with a big hello and a smile! I train with Hannes as part of the Transformation Programme and really enjoy it. Fantastic experience: About 1,5 years ago my husband introduced me to Iconic team .. it was a period of CrossFit Open games and I had no idea what is that and how it looks like . After a few weeks I tried my first class and I loved it .. I never could imagine I can be so addicted to the gym .. Coaches developed such a nice community with a perfect atmosphere! It’s inspiring me to come every day and be part of the team ! Every day I can learn something new , something what I thought I will never be able to do . I know I always will get supported and motivated!

Fantastic experience: I started working with one of the trainers here, Danny Jones, about 6 months ago. I was super out of shape and Danny helped me ease back into fitness without being judgmental or adopting that whole yelling style of training. Everyone at the gym is super nice and welcoming and there's a nice community vibe. I would recommend Danny to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or learn new fitness skills. He made it seem very approachable and I'm thankful to be back in shape!

Fantastic experience: The team at Iconic Fitness really know how to facilitate a strong CrossFit community. The workouts are rigorous and there is never a wasted moment. The coaches really know their stuff and show genuine care for each athlete. Their modifications (when needed) are spot on and keep the workouts challenging. Fantastic experience: I have been with Iconic Fitness for about 2.5 years and with Andy and Reyhana for about 4 years (from before Iconic Fitness was established). I have been through Cross Fit classes, Strength & Conditioning classes & for the past year I have been training with Hannes trying to recover from my knee injury. Iconic feels like home now and it would be very hard to think about my life in Dubai without being at this gym.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym on the Marina with some very knowledgeable and motivating coaches and a wonderful community of members. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or new to fitness, this is a great place to train and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my time at Iconic Fitness.. A variety of classes are given, and it's not just crossfit (although I'm such a big crossfit fan). Being in a class would normally mean that there isn't much attention given to the members, but with Iconic Fitness they try to make sure you are doing the correct movements and give you the attention you need. I had a few pain points in my body, and the trainers were more than happy to give me modified movements, and most importantly cared to follow up on my improvement. Sadly we left Dubai, and the lovely people I met there including the lovely trainers and owners, will be highly missed, as what is built there is a community, and a lovely sporty family. Be sure to visit them, just for a chitchat, you will find more than one type of training, including training for sporting obstacle events, as well as zumba for the ones that love to shake it a little bit..

Fantastic experience: The coaches are very supportive and friendly. I recently started crossfit and I was worried I'd be intimidated by the workouts, since they're very different from what I was used to. But, the coaches have made me feel at home. I've found I love crossfit and CrossFit Duo. I'm planning on sticking with both for the long-term.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Duo is everything you want in a gym away from home! My girlfriend and I visited Dubai and needed to train while there. I emailed Crossfit Duo and Reyhana got back to me shortly after. All of the services they offer were excellent - we did Crossfit, Strength and Conditioning, and Burn. Reyhana even judged my 18.3! The visitor pass prices were more than reasonable. I hope to be lucky enough to return!

Positive experience: Great if you know your crossfit movements. If you are a beginner and need help with the basics, they're not coaching well on those because I see people lifting incorrectly, which will cause pain/ issues over time. Makes me cringe to see that at a box without "coaches" helping and adjusting. Just cause you're lifting heavy doesn't mean you're doing it right.. I've been crossfitting for a few years and by no means am an expert. I stopped by this box to get a good workout in and practice some of the things I would normally at my home box but was stopped when I was told that was not part of the warmup and that "if I don't practice this movement, I won't get stronger". He clearly didn't have an understanding that as a visitor, I'm not on their programing (can't verify if they have one). Thanks sir, but by practicing another movement I am getting stronger.. So overall, it's pretty much fine to get a good workout in if you know your movements, but don't expect to get anything extra in because someone might scold you..

Fantastic experience: A community unlike any other. You genuinely feel like you belong whether you're a beginner or ab aspiring athlete. The coaching staff are fantastic, capable of training and inspiring people of all levels.
