Fantastic experience: An amazing studio that I would highly recommend! Instructors are very experienced and motivate you to push your limits while coaching you on how to improve your performance. I started after delivering my first baby and I saw my body transform. I especially recommend Real Barre as it is a full body workout that is great for toning and is done to music which is really fun!

Fantastic experience: The classes are great. The instructors are so knowledgeable and they are constantly paying attention to you in the class. I've been suffering from bulging disc in my lower back for the last 5 years and the only thing that has made me almost pain free are the real Pilates classes. My life is back to normal as I'm not crippled with severe back pain all the time.

Since it looks very easy while he is showing us how to do This is his way of giving us courage to try and we know it at least I know that he can read his students so well he knows who needs help, who need little more courage, he can fallow all of us so well you can never cheat him. Unfortunately I am not well enough to exercise yet and out of Dubai. Last week received and message which made me very HAPPY They were asking if everything was OK, wondering why I didn’t attend classes for some time. I was very surprised and happy This is very unique then I realised why I do very much at home at REAL PLATES JLT. Fantastic experience: The studio in JLT is clean and well-organized. The instructors are truly exceptional. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you will feel challenged and supported. There is variety of classes offered. There are options for mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, and even specialized sessions like prenatal Pilates. A must try classes from my perspective are: Fusion Pilates and Reforma Flow with Sanam, Pilates Flow with Nasim, Barre and Reforma ( for ladies only) with Salome and Core classes with Thomas. I highly recommend Real Pilates JLT studio for anyone looking to improve their physical health and find a supportive, motivating environment.

Fantastic experience: Ive been attending classes at Real for a few years now for both regular and prenatal. Instructors are very friendly, well experienced and aware of your concerns. What I like is that in every class there are multiple ways to do the same exercise depending on your level. I personally love the barre and reformer sessions - you can feel the burn! Oh and Parking is easily available.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming for Reformer Pilates for over a year now ! I have only good things to say about the institution, the front desk staff are friendly, the place is always kept clean, the instructors are par-excellence and there are a number of classes and timings to choose from , so you could be a working individual and attend classes at 7 pm or a home maker and choose a 9 am class! It’s the perfect balance between weight training and flexibility!

From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. The instructors arw truly exceptional. They provide personalised attention and ensure that movement is performed correctly to maximise the benefits of the exercises. As a student of pilates I learn a lot from them too! Even though there are plenty of options closer to my neighborhood, I willingly make the journey to this gem in Dubai! I highly recommend this studio to anyone in Dubai, whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Real Pilates for the past 4 years and it has been great. All instructors are amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, kind and funny. I usually attend Reformer core or Reformer flow afternoon classes and I have seen great difference in my body. Receptionists are very polite and helpful.

Positive experience: The studio is nice with good equipment and the instructors are knowledgeable. However the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, both in response time and problem solving abilities. If you are in JLT, I recommend looking at Align Pilates or OneUp Pilates instead.

Fantastic experience: I love Real Pilates JLT ! I have been doing pilates for a while and went to other places, but this has become my home. The instructors, the staffs and members are truly amazing and kind individuals. Physically, I haven’t felt better in years. I’ve always worked out, but my strength, balance, and physical well being has never been this good. The instructors are well experienced and teach you the best techniques on how to do each movement well and always challenges you to do better and improve to the next level. The classes are always sweaty and challenging but your body feels good the day after instead of having pain. The studio itself are very clean, equipments are top notch, and zen ambiences. If you love pilates and wanted to do it well, this is the place to go !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been searching for reformer and pilates classes for log time. Any other place I saw was either too far or too expensive or with very limited evening sessions. Then, I went to Real Pilates. I started with a welcome package of 5 classes and … I felt in love. All the instructors I met are very professional and patient and so are the ladies who welcome you at the door. I started with reformer and then got addicted to Barre classes. They are amazing! The place is very clean and easy to reach.

Fantastic experience: Thomas is an absolute gem of a pilates instructor! I have trained in serious pilates studios in Singapore, Germany and Canada, and he is truly in a class of his own. Apart from his technical skills, rehabilitative experience and practical knowledge, his classes always flow smoothly, with his genuine warmth and kindness coming through in every session. The customer service team has all been outstanding as well, especially Hoda and Rita. Would definitely highly recommend!

The receptionists know you by name and are responsive and friendly. I love the app and how easy it is to book classes. Their policies and procedures are very clear so you don't have people showing up whenever to class and disrupting the class. Fantastic experience: Been going to Real Pilates JLT since 2013 (previously different location) and I can say that it’s the best Pilates studio I’ve been to. All the instructors are amazing. Love the Mat class with Thomas. Highly recommend both their mat and reformer classes.

Fantastic experience: Studio is very clean, teachers are knowledgeable and friendly. I bought the trial offer which was 5 classes for 310aed to try out the classes and absolutely loved it. I was 4 months pregnant at the time and tried the prenatal reformer & barre classes. I then went on to buy the Prenatal Pack and it's been the best decision. Looking forward to continuing my prenatal classes until I can and hopefully the after the baby comes.

I was just done with my spine surgery and the neuro surgeon recommended me to start Pilates to avoid future surgeries since my posture was terrible (long hours driving, long hours seated). Classes are fun and hard work at the same time with amazing benefits; excellent instructors I have a stiff lower back and my pelvis was fractured ( at 2 places!) from an earlier accident; Pilates helps me get stronger and healthier.
