Fantastic experience: Great gym with perfect location for the Marina. Specialise in Personal Trainers who are experts at helping you reach your goals.
Fantastic experience: I enjoy my classes at Platform. They have experienced instructors who know what they are teaching, and the music they select is good, especially when I am doing difficult movements, as it helps ease the challenge I have been attending classss at Platform for several months. I always have difficulty with the Pilates roll-up due to my stiff spine and long torso . Today, I attended Isaac’s class, and he offered an alternative that I found very useful. He also makes sure all of his students don’t feel like failures for not being able to do a certain movement. Overall, Isaac’s class has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their Pilates practice in a supportive and encouraging environment. Thank you Isaac for your dedication and excellent teaching!

Positive experience: The classes are good, I’ve been a very frequent client through classpass this last 6 months, BUT THE LATE POLICY is the reason why I’m not coming back again. I called before to let them know I would be late for 5 minutes, to see if there was no issue entering the class or if I could take another as an exception, being so that I go there 3 times per week and I have spent so much on the place. This is not the first time they won’t let me in for less than 5 minutes late. Never again. Thanks to the wonderful teachers but I am honestly done with the strictest policies of all studios in Dubai.
Hello Diana, we are so sorry to hear that your experience with us hasnot been a joyful one.It is true that we have a strict policy in place regarding class timings and do not allow latecomers into any of our classes.Here’s why:- During the first few minutes of a class, our coaches provide anoverview/explanation of the class, missing it makes it much moredifficult to follow along and enjoy the session ahead.- In addition, these minutes are dedicated to properly warming up thebody to make sure it is ready for the intense exercise coming and sothat no injuries occur.- Not disrupting the experience for our other members once the classhas started- And finally, we need to make provisions for our waitlisted members.We understand your frustration, this may seem like a tough policy, but we do it to ultimately ensure a joyful class experience for you.

Fantastic experience: I found platform marina 2 weeks into moving to Dubai, through class pass, after coming few times absolutely fell in love with attending Lindsey’s ride classes. Her energy is electric, she’s super inclusive, fun and the classes are the best spins I’ve ever done! Special help from Julie in front of house who got me to become a member , Julie is super helpful and often stays in touch! Platform is a great community which I’ve enjoyed joining. Facilities are great and many classes to choose from too.

Fantastic experience: The amazing experience of barre classes is the apparent ease and simplicity of the exercises that work the muscles perfectly! Even deeply located muscles that are not easy to “hook” with strength training work. From the very first lesson you learn to keep your shoulders back and your back straight Wonderful teachers Mila are very attentive, they pay attention to everyone, and there is always a friendly and warm atmosphere in the classes! Fantastic experience: Parking is easy here, which is a big plus for me. Staff always been super friendly and helpful. I enjoy my HIIT class with Daigi Ann, she’s amazing, really paid attention to everyone in the class to make sure we’re doing the sets correctly! And her energy is so motivating yet calming. Positive experience: Are the HIIT teachers paid to be DJ and look after the music only? 0 adjustment or supervision from the teacher this morning. Participants were literally lost and confused sometimes. For a sport studio, it would be better if teacher were paid to correct and help participants rather than yelling and putting on their best playlist.

Fantastic experience: The Platform has amazing instructors but my favorite is Mila I have to say that I got the membership just to attend her classes. She literally transformed my body never repeating herself and always challenging us with different moves which makes her classes fun. She is super engaging with the best music taste! I think I am a fan! Love the studio, it is clean, convenient with helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I became members last year and this has been our go-to place in staying fit and healthy. Aside from their incredible instructors (Muhala, Lindsey, Jamie, Megan, Zain) the service team always makes sure we're well taken cared of. Special thanks to Marie, Paolo, Brian, Mark, Harris, Jerome, Lilia, Mckoy, Emily, Rebecca, Jay, Nelson, and of course to Eric for making sure we get the best blend of protein shakes. The best part of this place is they value your time. They don't allow late comers and use of mobile devices inside the studio which we appreciate so much. It's a safe space respected by everyone. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I tried out their spin class out of curiosity and I was shocked! It was the most difficult workout I’ve ever had in my life and I loved it I feel like it’s the kind of therapy I didn’t know I need minus the talking I even dragged my husband along to suffer with me and he loves it as much as I do ♀️ Everyone is very accommodating! The instructors are amazing! Jamie & Lindsey are top favorites! Special mention to Paolo for his patience in accommodating all our requests via WhatsApp. To Becca, who can sense our presence even before we arrive I didn’t get all their names but the two guys who were very patient with me during my first few classes helping me out with my bike — you guys are awesome! 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: I am a new member of the studio here (thanks Kristhel for amazing support in the registration process ) . I must say, it has been an excellent experience so far. The gym has state-of-the-art equipment and the facilities, including showers, are always clean and well-maintained. The staff, including trainers and front-desk personnel, are incredibly helpful and friendly. They make working out an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is motivating and conducive to a good workout. The music and lighting are always just right, and there is a positive energy that makes working out here a treat. They offer a wide variety of classes, including yoga, Pilates, and spin. The instructors are knowledgeable and the classes are always well-attended and fun. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch gym. The combination of excellent facilities, friendly staff, and a motivating atmosphere make this place the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals.

Positive experience: Very small studio, not convenient, and not organized when people leave the class and others get in. The instructor was good she has a good vibes, but I wasn’t impressed as I heard about it. I had better experiences in other gyms.

Fantastic experience: I come here weekly for yoga. Love the Vinyasa classes, Kaegan is fab. Protein shakes are dreamy, coffee’s good too. Place is well organised, clean, and the staff are super sweet.

Positive experience: I’m not a fan of over the top trainers. I want to work out not watch a show. If you want a live version of love island whilst you are on a bike this is for you. Three stars because it’s clean and well organized.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Platform for 2 years now and I just looooooove them! I’m attending only yoga classes. I’m myself an advanced student and have my 200YTT and still find their classes nice, easy and challenging at the same time. They always offer variations for all levels, so don’t get scared. There are a lot of beginners as well. Also I have to say they have the best yoga teachers in the world!! Yes! Especially LAUREN Her classes are what makes me feel good when I’m sad and be positive during my most difficult moments. She’s absolutely the best!

Fantastic experience: The platform is one of the best studios I have been, compact but with all that you need in group classes! Spinning classes with Megan are the best vibe you need for the day! Fantastic experience: I've been with this studio for a year now and I really feel the need to update my review. I had a bad experience with the admin side of things at the beginning, but the studio was quick to get this rectified when I complained. It has since become my happy place and by far my favorite part of the day. I was never an active person. I managed to live most of my life without ever stepping foot in a gym. At 32, I was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma. After 12 rounds of chemotherapy and 24 months of fighting its side effects, my body was in a state of weakness I'd never experienced before. I found myself with zero muscle strength. A simple squat was impossible because my legs wouldn't stand up back on their own without support. I had gained weight from all the steroids and no matter what I did, could not manage to lose it. I tried personal training for some time and I got a little better but it wasn’t motivating enough to keep at it. I joined the platform studios back in April and a year later, I'm in the best shape of my life. I started with 3 classes a week and quickly moved to an unlimited package. The classes are amazing. I do a bit of everything, but Barre, Pilates and spinning are particularly addictive. The instructors are rockstars, real teachers that focus on proper technique. They're attentive, meticulous but also incredibly inspirational. Megan, Lianna, Kristin, Hollie, Lindsey, I can't thank you enough for pushing me to new limits every day and helping me be the best version of myself. Your energy is contagious. At 37, I feel stronger and look better than I ever I did. I train every single day. Back to back classes, can't get enough. This studio has been a real platform for change for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality work outs and world-class instructors. The studio staff is incredibly sweet and professional, always smiling and ready to help. The energy of the place is just great. Thank you for being such a huge part of my journey I'm your biggest fan.

Fantastic experience: I have only positive things to share about this place. I was in an accident a few months back and had to have an operation which left me immobile and unable to do my 2 favourite things- yoga and running. The surgeon told me I could only swim front crawl (not very good at this, i'm a sinker) and cycle (not very good on 2 wheels either, i'm pretty wobbly) and do my physio sessions twice a week for the 1st 6 months post op. So i was forced to find something else that got my heart rate up, lifted my spirits and get my knee moving. My friend recommended the cycle classes at Platform so I gave it a try, like with all new activities when you've just had an operation i was pretty nervous but there was no need to be. Everyone was super kind, professional, motivating and helpful and within 1 class i was hooked! I'm now a regular at Muhala, Megan and Clifford's classes and i love the different personalities and music tastes they throw in to keep it fresh and interesting and i never fail to leave Clifford's class in a better mood than i was in before! The platform, the people there, the routine and motivation it's given me has been an instrumental part of my recovery- i can't recommend it enough, so i'd just like to say a big thank you to everyone there for the energy they put in every day. Keep it up :-)

Fantastic experience: The Plat Form GYM one of the best fitness centers ,very advanced of the way you book your sessions and personal trainer , well equipped high ends equipments , well trained staff specially their personal trainers , I personally recommend “Jarred Chalmers” he's really good specialized in injuries incase u have any and u are afraid to train because of that reason . And parking is available and free for the first two hours as well as the Wifi .
