Fantastic experience: I’ve had a fantastic experience with Pilates at Naya Yoga and Pilates Studio! The sessions have greatly improved my flexibility, and strength. With Love, The Naya Team
Fantastic experience: Enjoying so much coming to Wanda classes at Naya yoga and Pilates in Times Square. She s wonderful with the students correcting positions when needed and willing to get to know their capabilities and adapting to them so the class can be enjoyable and challenging fair enough to everyone’s level. The facilities are easy to access and the welcoming at reception is always so cool and friendly.
Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. Jackie makes the experience all the better… great instructors and a good selection of yoga clothes available.
Fantastic experience: I started pilate Reformer lessons at Nayayoga more than 4 years ago. I was 54 . At that time, I had issue with one foot and my hips. It was painfull. After 1 or 2 months of pilate lessons ( 2 lessons per week), the pain had disappeared. It was like amazing! No more pain killers. I enyoy so much my reformer pilate lessons in Naya Yoga! The teachers are excellent. They correct your position, give you the motivation to improve. They care and they objective is to help you to improve your body in a positive and kind way. As well, the lessons are intensive but because you have to work on a lot of your muscles, and the exercices are very different, the time is flying. I developped a lot my legs, arms, feet, back muscles etc… I discovered muscles I have no idea they exist! My feet and ankles are so much stronger and flexible. And it is so important to keep our feet in good state as they have to carry us all our life. As you can see, I am enthusiastic about pilate reformers lessons in Naya Yoga because it is a great place with amazing teachers and a very nice atmosphere.
Dear Valerie, We deeply appreciate your loyalty to Naya and are grateful for your generous sharing of your experience and kind words. We wish you continued success in all your endeavours! With Love, The Naya Team

Negative experience: Honestly, this is my first time here and would never come back. The location I was sent was so confusing, it wasn’t even of the right building, causing me to turn around in circles trying to find it. I had informed the receptionist Jacquline via WhatsApp call that im lost and can’t find the right location, and that location shared with me was of a different building. I called her a couple of times as well requesting assistance of the location, and she had no idea how to help me, saying she doesn’t know where the exact location is because she’s new to this studio. She couldn’t even tell me the entrance of the parking, I had to wait ark far and walk, and then couldn’t even find the building entrance! I arrived to the location 5 minutes before the class and because of her lack of assistance I was late to the class. I arrived at 11:11 and then was refused entrance, even though I’m someone with an athletic background. She kept talking to me causing more delay then says sorry after 15 minutes I can’t let you in. I requested a refund because I didn’t take the class even though I’ve made it and she refuses to give me one, or even give me the number of someone more senior to speak to. She said I could reschedule, however because of how bad my experience is, I don’t want to come back here at all and am now being either forced to come back or lose my money! When I’ve showed frustration on the matter, because it is a frustrating experience, she said “do you want me to help you or do you want to keep talking”. She could have informed me from the minute I’ve sent her a message that I wouldn’t be able to take the class instead of putting me through this whole hassle instead of making me come all the way and saying “we can’t do anything for you right now.” They definitely lost a potential client and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. As someone in PR who knows how businesses communicate, this is not it. And I will definitely use my influence in the industry to make sure everyone knows the kind of experience they would get coming to a place like this.
Hi Dana, We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your first visit. However, we believe that giving us a one-star review is unjust. We offered you a reasonable solution to reschedule the session when the unfortunate event occurred. It is important for all new participants to arrive before the class begins for their safety. This allows you time to meet the instructor, discuss any concerns, and inform us of any previous Pilates experience or any physical conditions that may require exercise modifications. Furthermore, for newcomers who are not familiar with the equipment, pausing the class to explain things disrupts the flow for the other 8 participants and the instructor. We hope you understand our perspective and give us another chance to provide a better experience for you in the future.
Fantastic experience: Thank you Linda for the best introduction to Pilates, first time and it was the best session ever! Can’t wait to come back!
Dear Yasmine, Thank you for being part of our community! Your review means a lot to us. We take great pride in our talented and passionate instructors dedicated to ensuring you have a wonderful experience. Looking forward to seeing you soon on the Reformer!
Negative experience: After being a loyal customer for 1,5 years I received the worst treatment by one of the managers of the studio Madiha Abbas. I arrived late to the class due to circumstances beyond my control (there was an accident on SZR exit) and being already stressed and spent almost an hour to reach there instead of 15 minutes I was “welcomed” with this cold treatment “we can’t do anything for you right now but we’ll see what we can do later, the class has already started and you can’t go in”. So I asked to go and ask the instructor if she is ok if I joined, which was never done, the manager just kept talking to me like a robot without any try to think outside of the box and be more flexible with clients. This is not how you run a business that’s about people. No other studio has ever done this, they just blindly follow their weird policy without any consideration of circumstances. I was already there, ready to start the class from whatever minute it is, after all it’s me not getting the full class experience and should not be such a big deal for them if I went in for 45 mins instead of 1 hour. Since I was already THERE. This whole situation didn’t make any sense to me, her attitude was incredibly unprofessional, problem solving skills level zero, and she has no ability to read the room. And this is a shame cause the studio has some great instructors but with this approach they gonna lose their clients one by one: definitely lost me and all the friends I brought to the studio. One “mistake” from my side and they turned into robots, I cannot waste my money in an establishment where policies aren’t customer focused AT ALL.
Dear Syuzanna, We are sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with us. We always aim to be accommodating and understanding, and our top priority is to ensure our clients' satisfaction. We appreciate your positive feedback regarding our classes and the quality of our instructors. However, we believe that your one-star review is not a fair reflection of our efforts to address your concerns. Our team assured you that we would contact Class Pass directly and request them to refund the class fee while waiving the late cancellation penalty. We were surprised to see your review 8 days after we had informed you about this, especially since no penalty was applied, and you did not lose any class credit. Our door policy is in place to ensure all our clients' safety and our studio's smooth operation. This policy is not left up to the discretion of our Customer Service team or instructors, but it is a necessary measure to maintain the quality of our classes and respect the time of all participants. We allow a grace period of 5 minutes, and as you mentioned, we made an exception for you on a previous occasion. We kindly request all attendees to arrive on time for the scheduled class. We cannot allow anyone to join the class after 10 or 15 minutes from the start time, as it may cause inconvenience to the instructor and other participants who arrive on time. We appreciate the presence of all our clients, including Class Pass members, and we ensure fair treatment to everyone. We hope you understand our policy and the reasons behind it. We would also like to clarify that Madiha was a trainee, not the studio manager. Best regards, The Naya Team
Fantastic experience: Calling all bodybuilders and weights lifters who has lower backs pains due to lack of proper stretching. I tried mat Pilates, few sessions with Coach Francesca and it was amazing. Got all pains relief from my lower back. The staffs are welcoming and very clean studio.
Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional, I wish I had read the reviews about this place before signing up my wife to a 20 class package. They lie, make new rules as per their convenience, will recommend no one to take packages with them ..
Negative experience: The worst customer services. After getting pregnant and having an active package with 15 classes left , requested to Freeze account and it was confirmed from Naya team . However , after delivery of the baby when I tried to return for post natal classes- they have declined to accept due to “no letter provided that u r fit to attend “. When I was fit to attend after 4 months - they canceled the entire package saying that they never freeze due to “they can go beyond their limitations”. They way that was communicated was also confusing and not adequate.
Negative experience: Really horrible experience AGAIN with Naya Pilates , really bad management especially at the reception. Why are the classes always empty ? The owners need to hold the management responsible for harassing people that come there to enjoy
Dear Mr Bartawi, We wish you and your family Eid Mubarak! We always welcome fair critique and constructive feedback. We have built a reputation over the past 9 years and pride ourselves on the excellent team and the high quality of our services. We are surprised about your review since no one of our staff can recall you visiting our studio recently. Our records indicate that your last visit with us was on 15/02. We always aim to pave the relationship with our beloved members and find the right path. However, due to the unfortunate event on 15/02, we informed your service provider ClassPass, our appointed party, to make your account inactive with us. We wish you well & always stay healthy!
Negative experience: I have been a loyal client at Naya for the past two years, coming in religiously once every two days. On Saturday 13th of August I had the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a gym, yoga studio, or Pilates studio in Dubai. I am born and raised here and have had years of experience with studios and gyms in the country. Here is what happened to me in chronological order; on August 9th I was booked in for a Pilates class that was set to begin at 9:45 am, because there was only two people scheduled to attend that class, we were waiting for the second student. I waited for around 13-15 minutes. The class ended at 11 instead of 10:45 because we were waiting for the other student. For some reason this was acceptable, and the 5 minute late rule didn’t apply. 2 days later, I was in class waiting for it to begin when the receptionist came in and literally began harassing me in front of multiple other students about buying a package directly from Naya; she mentioned that I was being cheap by going through Classpass, I found this absolutely disgusting! Thank gosh I don’t get embarrassed easily and responded that I purely wasn’t interested and that she should leave me alone. I found this beyond unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. If Naya no longer wants to be a part of Classpass then reach out to Classpass instead of harassing your clients. Not to mention, when I had discussed what happened to me with my 5 friends that also use Classpass to attend Naya Pilates classes, they said the exact same thing had happened to them and had made them extremely uncomfortable. On Saturday, August 13th I booked the 10:15 Pilates reformer class and arrived exactly 4.5 minutes late. The receptionist was super rude saying that she already marked me as a no-show and that they have a 5 minute late policy on Classpass which she could never point out to me because “she doesn’t use the app” LOL I was 4.5 minutes late , and not 5 minutes late, even if it was mentioned somewhere. After arguing with her for about 15 minutes I decided to leave because she was ruining my Saturday. I booked another reformer class at Mojo Pilates for 11 am. The studio was amazing, the trainers were beyond great and most importantly the staff were friendly even though it was my first time visiting them. I would also like to mention that the receptionist at Naya blamed everything on Classpass, saying that it is their policy on late- shows and no-shows and she can’t do anything about it. However, for some reason I happened to completely miss a class at another studio, I called to let them know and they managed to accommodate me in the next class which was an hour later. So no, it is not Classpass and I don’t appreciate pointing fingers! Naya is a money-hungry business and all of this happened because they wanted to pocket the cancellation fee that Classpass charges; by writing me up as late and hence a no-show they now can pocket the 98 Aed. I also work in the service industry and never have I ever treated a loyal customer the way I was treated by Naya Pilates in Town Square. I will never be going back and I recommend Mojo Reformer to anyone reading this!
Fantastic experience: Reformer pilates is such a wonderful workout for body and mind. It has transformed my posture and is helping develop great lean muscle tone. Also, the stretch and body mobility class is fab for flexibility and balance. The people who work @ the studio are always so friendly and the instructors are so knowledgeable and provide a challenging and comfortable environment always. Times Square is also a very convenient location, with lots of parking and is a chilled environment in itself. I highly recommend Naya to anyone wishing to try it for the first time to more seasoned, experienced folk.
Fantastic experience: Small friendly studio with excellent Pilates instructors and the friendliest receptionists! I have never had any communication issues whatsoever and in fact would say that they are incredibly communicative and responsive.
Fantastic experience: Clean and nice Studio, very good and professional team and instructors. I can recommend the Reformer and the Barre classes they are amazing.
Negative experience: Very bad way of communication no respect for the customer !!!
