Fantastic experience: Das Gym selbst ist definitiv eines der besten. Unbestritten. Fokus ist klar auf BB. Das erkennt man auch zügig an den Gästen. Das Dubai wild ist wissen wir alle. Aber hier erlebt man echt noch mal eine andere Nummer. Gigantisch was hier für ein Publikum gastiert. Man muss damit leben das es hier zum überwiegenden Teil um sehen und gesehen werden geht. Handys und Kameras sind teilweise mehr im Fokus als das Training. Was auch schon mal störend sein kann. Aber das weiß jeder bevor er hier her kommt. Ansonsten ist das Gym selbst herausragend. Geräteauswahl, Anzahl der Geräte, Essen, Trinken, Atmosphäre alles Super. Sauberkeit und Pflegezustand gut. Allerdings, vermutlich bedingt durch den starken Durchgangsverkehr, auch nicht sehr gut. Umkleiden und Sanitär sind dagegen ungewöhnlich gut gepflegt und sauber. Lage ist etwas außerhalb. Mit dem Auto kein Problem. Mit der Metro etwas umständlich. Alle sind freundlich und es herrscht grundsätzlich eine sehr positive und motivierende Stimmung.

Negative experience: Dont ever get meal plans from them , i got a meal with no expiry date , suddenly they changed their rule and they said it has 3 months expiry date , this is not acceptable , i paid 4800 and lost my money,,, just to mention the number they are adding as auto reply to my comment no body answer it ,,,

Negative experience: These muscular men may seem like they are very egotistical, but no! The Indian girl standing at the reception is like the owner of the whole gym (!) Maybe she should be given training in talking to people and training in respect… It's great to have such a good gym, atmosphere and customers but these girls represent your gym when you first meet them...

Negative experience: Une salle dans laquelle j’allais m’entraîner à mes débuts à Dubaï, c’était un vrai plaisir Mais le patron veut toujours plus d’argent, et nous sommes maintenant à 400€/ mois Faut arrêter 2 minutes … il y a des salles bien mieux et bien moins chère à Dubaï La salle va perdre du monde et quand il s’en rendra compte ça seras trop tard

Negative experience: Prix exorbitant, 375 euros pour 1 mois, 50 euros pour 1 jour. C'est grand, beaucoup de machines mais elles sont très très serrées. La clientèle : que du concours de beauté.

Positive experience: Ein Gym mit interessanten Ansätzen, aber nicht mein persönlicher Fall Binous Gym hat definitiv seinen eigenen Charme und viele interessante Ansätze, doch persönlich konnte ich den grossen Hype nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Das Studio ist voll mit Social-Media-Models, was die Atmosphäre in eine sehr spezielle Richtung lenkt und wahrscheinlich auch zum Konzept gehört. Zudem hatte ich nicht das Gefühl, dass die Sauberkeit im Trainingsbeteich hier oberste Priorität hat. Positiv ist die enorme Auswahl an Geräten, hier gibt es wirklich alles, was das Bodybuilder Herz begehrt. Allerdings wirkt die Anordnung auf den ersten Blick eher chaotisch und das Gym insgesamt sehr überfüllt. Das Konzept, das ultimative Bodybuilding Mekka zu sein, ist ambitioniert, aber in der Umsetzung fühlt es sich mehr wie ein wild zusammengewürfelter Mix an. (Prrsönliche Meinung) Für Hardcore-Bodybuilding-Fans mag das genau das Richtige sein, mich persönlichbhat es nicht gepackt. Foodkonzept grandios - 5/5 ⭐️

Negative experience: The leg area has been ruined. The Gymleco lying leg curl is gone. Both the hammer strength leg curl are gone. The new tech leg extension upholstery is destroyed. The Gymleco leg press is so rusty and not smooth. I’m paying this kind of money for matrix machines???

Positive experience: It’s a big gym! And you see equipment and people there that maybe aren’t as common at other gyms. Also, there are multiple super cars parked outside. However, I find it strange that such a large gym only has ONE traditional bench press. Furthermore, most equipment is old and disorganized. Lastly, the pricing of everything is too high - from membership to shakes. But overall, I’m glad I went.

Positive experience: This is probably one of the most unorganized gym I’ve ever been to in my life. I got a week pass for 400 aed and immediately regretted it after the first day. It took me a lot of time going from room to room trying to hit the same body parts on different machines. And tbh it starting to fall apart. It was raining and I Saw several leaks from different rooms. Def not worth the price tag, most def over hyped.

Positive experience: I think Binous has been incredibly over rated and over hyped, we paid for two week passes and only went once. The gym in itself was huge, I’ve never seen a gym like it which amazed me, I love the concept of it, the kit is all in use and of good quality The gym was completely unorganized and chaotic. Each gym room has different kit for diff body parts and the only area that made sense was the leg room. The kit was all mixed up, there were no signs to say what was where and where to go, you had shoulder kit mixed in with back mixed in with a belt squat which made absolutely no sense and a tiny little area for cable work. There were plenty of supplement stores in and around the gym, clearly they rented space but to have them slap bang in the middle of a training area?? Surely someone cant want extra money that badly. It made absolutely no sense when there were other supplement stores and food stores inside the gym itself. What amazed me was there were no weight plates where they were meant to be, I wanted a 20kg and had to go routing through the entire area, all weights were thrown everywhere, the dumbell rack wasnt in order and had 10kgs in between the 30’s, the 2.5s to warm up my delts were somewhere in the middle of all the chaos. I dont know if its the difference in UK gyms and UAE gym in terms of culture with bodybuilding and fitness but that wouldn’t be tolerated in the UK. The female toilets/changing rooms were really clean and tidy, I think if I were a local and was used to the chaos of Dubai, I’d probably love the gym but as a visitor to a “world” class gym, I wasn’t impressed.

Fantastic experience: Wow! This place is huge - I've never seen such a vast range of machines. If it's not here, it probably doesn't exist. Spread over a few large rooms there is also a shop, coffee shop and cafe. There is a good atmosphere in the place, so it's a great place to train even if it's just once, as a day pass is more than you would pay in most gyms for a month.

Positive experience: Gym is huge, dare I say too big. Its like Ultra Flex on steroids but nowhere near as well organised in their layout. Only 2 Squat Racks, which is crazy In reality because the amount of machines they do have is absurd. Theres not many machines they dont have in their arsenal. If you want to go and see YouTube personalities and Champipn Body Builders, there's no better place to be. Although you have to put up with some seriously deranged ego training from some of the regular gym goers. Pretty much everyone in their has a tripod or videographer so if that's not your thing, you might want to give it a miss. I thought they would have had Watson Dumbells and proper weight plates but it appears they cut some corners there. Some of the barbells are cheap and bent and theres not very many of them. They do have matrix Pivot rack benches though, which are fantastic. The food ain't good mind, it was served cold and very bland. If I go back to Dubai, I'll do some digging around to see if there's a gym I'd prefer.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I have ever been to, if you wanna get seriously motivated for your workout, this is the place to be. Plus a high probability you will meet your favourite fitness influencer at some point here, overall for bodybuilding fanatics its amazing, but for regular people it might be too much ‍♂️

Positive experience: Okay honestly in regards to gym it has everything. For body building there is not a single gym that can even compete with how stacked with equipment they are. However the atmosphere and aesthetics of the gym are not the best. As well as, it’s so focused on body building you would at least expect a small area for free weights workout.

Fantastic experience: The biggest and the best gym environment wise, machines wise and trainers wise! You will definitely feel the motivation seeing pumped up people going about their workouts. Its open 24 hours so very efficient for everybody. Plus their LEGS SECTION IS HUUUUGGGEEE!! Only criticism is probably cleanliness of the machines need to be undertaken frequently considering the large number of people using it, from a post Covid point of view.

Fantastic experience: Iron heaven Great place, great equipment and machines. For sure the place to work out in Dubai. Plus for the restaurants, nice to sit down with a shake and some chicken & rice after a good work out. Super huge Gym on different zones and levels. Their own brand store plus restaurants. For tourists staying temporarily like myself I recommend a week pass since it's 350 dirham as opposed to 200 for a daily pass. They brand themselves as the best gym in the world, I don't disagree
