Fantastic experience: I went to KO8 for the first time today and had a phenomenal session. As someone who is prepping for Hyrox, their house of hyrox class with Sean was perfect. Circuits that replicate the comp and high level heart rate throughout. Well done!! I am visiting Dubai and felt right at home with the trainers and other customers. Seems like a fitness family type of environment and very encouraging attitude. Will be back. Also shout out to Luke who answered a bunch of my questions upon arrival - 10 stars across the board.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting KO8 and the set up was unreal. Shaun put on an intense hyrox session for a big group of us which worked like a dream. All high performers pushing us to get better and improve technique on unfamiliar exercises. Will definitely be heading back there as soon as I am back in Dubai. Thanks KO8

Fantastic experience: I have never felt more welcome and more comfortable than i do at K08. Incredible classes, Trainers are exceptional and overall vibe is great! I’ve been working with coach Leggy on my weight loss, agility and conditioning because the goal is to be strong and healthy not just aesthetically. Very knowledgeable and patient, my fitness level improved immensely within only 6weeks!I have had nothing but good experiences!highly recommend them to everyone. Looking forward to more trainings and sesh!

Fantastic experience: I can confidently say KO8 is the BEST gym in Dubai! I’ve now moved away from the Marina, but I still come once in a while and I miss everyone so much. The workouts are challenging and designed to push your limits, but the coaches help, guide and motivate you. I could not recommend KO8 enough - you have to try it. P.S. First trail class is FREE! So don’t think about it, just try it!

The trainers are so friendly and make you feel at ease whilst challenging you further. Ko8 has created such a friendly community of gym goers who support each other! Fantastic experience: Love KO8 in Dubai Marina - the best classes and trainers. Everyone on the team is so encouraging, super knowledgeable and just really lovely human beings. I joined the gym in January and haven’t looked back. Love the Circuit, Curves, Kettlebell, Hyrox classes and bootcamp sessions. They’re fun and it never gets boring or repetitive. I was super unfit when I joined and feeling much better now thanks to their support❤️

Fantastic experience: Great new fitness center open in the heart of Marina. The location is centrally placed with plenty of free parking available at the buildings rear. The center is located on the mezzanine floor. They have a wide range of classes from Muay Thai, Kickboxing and their signature KO8 class. Similar to TRX equipment, the KO8 is an all in one unit that allows for a full range of motion The facility itself has changing rooms, showers, steam rooms (not currently in use due to covid) and a large workout space which easily fits 12-14 people even with the covid restrictions The class itself was designed for manmore advanced Muay Thai training but there are beginner classes available. The coach was knowledgeable and helped us all during the class and the guys at the front desk were excellent Highly recommended and can't wait to go back!

Loved the classes and the coaches it was love at first class❤️ I hadn’t been exercising for years due to various reasons, but after I attended KO8 Kombat on my first day, I was mind-blown. It gave a great start not only to my fitness journey, but also my mindset; how I perceive life. All the coaches are warm & welcoming for beginners! I’d definitely recommend everyone to attend KO8 classes. I’d say it was a life-changing decision, and one of the best.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to k08 since august and loving every minute, so much that I have now signed up for the year! Everyone who works there are so welcoming and friendly. They have a variety of classes from full body work outs to Muay thai, kick boxing to yoga, and they are constantly switching things up to keep things interesting so every time you go in it’s something new! If you are looking for classes that push you to your limits and keeps you wanting to come back day after day then k08 is for you!

Fantastic experience: The best decision I made, was joining the KO8 Community. It is more like joining a family community, than a gym. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable, and always find the perfect balance for everyone, no matter what fitness level you are. I always leave a class or Private Session with a smile on my face, having fun and making new friends.

Fantastic experience: Very beautiful premises, from the waiting room to the showers & lockers to the main studio. KO8 offers a wide variety of classes that suits everyone’s taste and intensity. There are low intensity classes as well as amazing high intensity and circuit training classes. In KO8, I do Muay Thai personal training with coach Anisha Shetty. Sessions and coach are a pure delight. And although I’m inclined to attend the boxing, combat and Muay Thai classes (and I truly enjoy them) there is plenty of other classes for all tastes. The energy of KO8 is that of a community. The coaches are really dedicated and everyone is helpful and kind.

Fantastic experience: KO8 is simply the most fantastic gym. If you are looking for an all over body workout with a holistic approach to developing sustainable results this is the place to go. On top it is a great community of people where the fun and laughs balance the sweat and tears!

Each class is high intensity that gives you a full body workout with music that wants you to do more. The classes help you focus on strength work aswell as high impact training in Kombat & Boxing to name a few. I always walk out feeling like I’ve achieved my best and feel much stronger & confident . Fantastic experience: I was recommended to K08 after telling a freind i had moved to Dubai. From the very first day they have been world class in terms of getting me set up and into the classes but also making me feel welcome to the gym and Dubai in general. It has a great culture with a freindly & supportive atmosphere but also a serious approach to the training with a great variety, i get bored of lifting weights so the variation of their programs is awsome. Fantastic experience: My KO8 experience is amazing till now, just started 1 month ago, specifically their KO8 and kettle bell classes are extremely effective. I was out of any kind physical activity for the past year but Ethan and Stephanie help me during my classes to complete my sessions and with their help I am making small steps towards getting fit and hopefully in a shape where I can look myself in the mirror again.
