The team of Sid, Nicole and Leah are absolutely fab coaches and so motivating during classes (even at 5:15am ) the classes are challenging but fun and the coaches always give options if you want to push yourself or make something a little easier. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with these guys for just over a year now. When I first started I was really out of shape and recovering from a bad injury. They helped me get back on track, and even though I still find some exercises difficult the coaches are always supportive and push me to keep improving. Thanks Nicole and the team for being so amazing!

Fantastic experience: I have been wanting to get back into the gym for two years! I started with a trial class and loved it so signed up for 3months. I have completed 8 classes which have been challenging, fun and enjoyable. The trainers are fantastic Leah, Sid and Nicole are so supportive especially to newbies :) Definitely worth trying out ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend F45 training Arjan enough. I remember being so nervous before I went to my first class because I haven't been that into working out previously but I was made to feel so welcome. 4 months later I'm on my 63rd class and I absolutely love it. The mix of cardio and weight sessions are great, the trainers are so lovely they literally feel like your friends. As a new expat I don't think I would have settled into Dubai life so quickly without the consistency of F45 workouts so thank you team! <3

Fantastic experience: I'm currently a member at F45 arjan and absolutely loving it! It never gets boring, it's extremely effective and helping me build my body postpartum and get back into fitness. Classes with Nicole, Leah, Adi and Dan are fun, energetic and they set the pace in a way that you want to come back for the next class.

Fantastic experience: Been so lazy to join the gym and start working out in general. I have friends that goes to F45 and heard very good feedback! So the minute i saw they are doing some limited free trial classes - i just enrolled and I did fall in love! I dont feel the time, super motivated and love the vibe - the coaches are so helpful in every step!! Im still a newbie in this but def enrolling for a month or more to see where im gonna reach :) totally recommended.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough how am happy to go F45 arjan , i’ve never been committed to any Gym like now in F45 for many reasons, they are very organized and to the point training working on all your muscles without wasting time . Coaches are very motivating, helpful, cheerful and i loved all of them I recommend it to anyone wants to change their life.

Fantastic experience: Leanne, Adi, Igor, Nicole and Leah give this place an excellent atmosphere whatever the session - cardio, resistance or hybrid. The coaches are enthusiastic, offer great advice and help you push hard in the workouts. Timings are great for both before and after work, and they have really useful links and promotions with local companies like Fittmeals etc.

Fantastic experience: Tried a free trial there. The earliest course is on 7.30 during eid. I prefer morning session finished before 7am. The session is good for the people who love HIIT. If you can't do it at home for any reason, move to this place is a good choice. New studio, new equipments, clean and bright.

Fantastic experience: Initially started as a class pass member, but after experiencing F45 Arjan, I used up all remaining credits I had on F45 only! I have since joined directly as a member and never looked back. Adi, Leanne, Nicole, and Leah are some of the best trainers I've experienced so far, giving solid advice that has helped me improve my form for exercises I've been doing wrong for years! All this while maintaining a great atmosphere for training, with good music, and a supportive community that always makes you want to come back for more. The space is not huge, but not to be underestimated! They do a great job utilizing the space they have, and will eventually make you wish the space was smaller to fit less exercises!

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Arjan when it first opened and immediately felt welcome! I have never enjoyed a gym class as much as I have this one! The trainers are all awesome with Leanne helping with any queries and great music choices and Adi and Igor always on hand to correct form in an encouraging way and have a laugh with you. Nicole and Leah are great for giving you that extra nudge when you’re flagging too!! Strongly recommend F45 Arjan, the classes are at great times before and after work and they’re so receptive to the needs of those who have joined. I even miss it when I can’t make it!

HUGE shoutout to the wonderful trainers who make this place amazing and keep us motivated - Adi, Leanne, Nicole, Leah! Studio is great, fab vibes and music too! They’ve got it all! Plus showers and free towels to use during training - what else do you need! :) Definitely worth a try and I’m sure you will love it. I can’t wait to go back!
