Spartans Boxing Club, Arjan

Positive experience: The coaches make the gym, Sam, Chris and Derrick are all brilliant and bring different skill sets which make the technique classes fun and you learn different styles/techniques. They all make time to explain and improve your boxing skills, whether you are a beginner or a bit more advanced.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing gym. It’s got everything you need in terms of classes - Strength & Conditioning, Box FIT, Tech to improve your technique, Sparring classes, and I cannot choose a personal favourite. Simon, Rhys, Danny, etc. are fantastic coaches with a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you improve your boxing as well as your fitness. I am soon taking part in their White Collar boxing event, which is an amazing fitness and boxing journey that I couldn't have done without the support of all of Spartans especially Simon & Rhys. This is not only a club but it is a community. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Spartan's is more than just a boxing gym, it's a community. It caters to all experience levels from beginner to very advanced levels. Since starting at Spartan's 3 months ago, I have learned/improved quickly thanks to the coaches and other members of the gym. The trainers/coaches at Spartan's are very knowledgable, patient, and passionate about the sport both from a fitness and technical perspective. Not to mention, the classes are very convenient with early morning and evening timings to accomodate busy schedules and the Spartan's app makes it very easy to book your classes ahead of time and plan. I would 100% recommend Spartan's and make sure to sign up for classes with Franck, Jalal, Dani, and Rhys. And do not miss Simon's S&C class - its a killer (in a good way!)

Fantastic experience: Amazing boxing club with super-friendly coaches and staff. I truly enjoy attending the class as it’s very energising and helps me to improve my reflexes. I never did boxing before but now I love it and can’t wait to attend the classes and learn more. if you are looking for a place to learn boxing without bruises, whilst having loads of fun then Spartans is the place for you. Fantastic experience: Fantastic new boxing club in Dubai, I take my 5 year old son and also train there myself. Very welcoming atmosphere for all levels, great way to get fit and take out some aggression whilst learning a great sport. I live in marina and first thought the location would be too far but it’s surprisingly quick to get to with ample parking and good facilities. Highly recommend going and trying it out, can’t wait for more spartan gyms to be opened up in future

Fantastic experience: It's one of the cool boxing club in Dubai, you have got plenty of parking here ..you have got good training sessions here, the ambience is really nice with the inspiring quotes around the walls. You have got ample space here for the training. Fee is not so high ..its affordable. Wash rooms are clean and very neat. If you are a boxing fan then give it a try here. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Having been to one of the Spartan's gyms in Singapore i've been looking forward to this opening and it hasn't disappointed. It's a fantastic new space in Dubai, for both beginners and experienced fighters looking for a safe, friendly and encouraging environment.
