Positive experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for almost a year, and overall, I’ve felt really comfortable here. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything. Their attitude is great, and the coach is very respectful and truly puts effort into training us with passion. However, I unfortunately had a bad experience that changed the way I see the place. One day, something personal of mine was stolen at the gym. I asked them to look into it, but sadly, they were never clear or transparent with me. I’ve been asking them to review the security cameras, but until now, they only show me the time I entered nothing more. There has been no real cooperation from their side, and they keep going around in circles without giving any clear answers. I don’t know why they’re being so unhelpful

Positive experience: The place is all over ok , i like that outdoor area ,,,, but the gym became very old and not well maintained. It needs to be renovated, especially the shower area .. The equipments must be cleaned on a daily basis or 3 times per week

Fantastic experience: The staff here are amazing. The best in Abu Dhabi and exactly what gyms here need. Their attention to each and every customer makes you feel like you're part of the family and it doesn't have the sense of pretentiousness so common in AD gyms. Love it!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many gyms in the UAE, but this one is truly life changing. It is run by a team of coaches that have won championships and really know how to help achieve your fitness goals. The gym has top of the line equipment. You can really enjoy your workout alone or with a group of friends. The best part is that you feel really satisfied with the quality of your workout once you are done.

Fantastic experience: I am really surprised by some of the negative feedbacks. This is a great gym for Martial arts and CrossFit. Kids classes are especially great, one of the best Jiujitsu classes for kids in the whole UAE, and great Boxing and Muay Thai classes too.

Fantastic experience: If you just pass to their place and while you are walking toward their you will be start healing the positive vibes and once you reach their you will never go back until you register and start the trading next day. Super professional trainer , most of them are champions and have kids classes. Attractive athletes and great environment. The owner is a champion in BJJ. Coach AMMAR MUTEE'E.

Positive experience: First off the gym doesn’t quite look like a gym. It doesn’t have all the regular gym equipment e.g treadmill etc that you’d expect as it’s setup purely for classes. I actually quite like the concept, however, I don’t like the idea of only have classes as an option. Furthermore, the gym is in such a poor location that if you don’t live in the building or around it, it’s so difficult to park anywhere. There is paid parking. The class itself was enjoyable, but not enough to keep me going. The equipment and gym itself just looked worn out and not necessarily a nice place to exercise in my opinion. However there were loads of other people there who seemed to enjoy going to Primal gym so I guess it’s just preference.

Fantastic experience: Primal is not just an ordinary gym.. they're one of kinda..u might dont see normal gym equipments there.. so they're mainly doing group classes.. they're instructors are amazing....

Positive experience: The variety of class options is amazing, you can play fitness, fat burning, fighting, yoga and general workout. The decoration and the environment is incredible. The people there are so alive a encouraging. However, there is very little machines and dumbells for those looking for body building.
