Fantastic experience: I have been training with Ismail for a couple of months now. I really enjoy it because he is always pushing and motivating me. The excerices are diverse and get you really sweating by the end of the session. The schedule is flexible so I can work out before or after work. I strongly recommend training with JC to reach your objectives while having fun and learning new sports.

Fantastic experience: At JCz you won’t get bored as there is so much to do during the class/training while having fun at the same time. Coach Ismail is a professional boxer and an experienced fitness trainer. He will help you to develop yourself and take you to the next level. I would highly recommend JCz whether if you want to learn boxing or looking to get fit. Get in shape be healthy with JCz
