Fantastic experience: Great studio with natural sunlight and views whilst you train. The coaches are professional and motivating whilst understanding your personal needs and goals. F45 classes are mixed of cardio and strength, timings are great and a sense of community spirit.

I recently gave birth and every single coach has been attentive to suggesting alternative workouts that are better suited for my post partum journey. Its been a month of classes so far and I have definitely noticed a change. A special thank you to coach Ana, for the constant encouragement. Fantastic experience: I've been attending for nearly 2 months and I'm a big fan. The coaches are excellent, providing the right amount of support whether you're a novice or veteran gym goer. The studio is spacious, bright and clean. The location is great. And the community is solid. I've made some great progress during my time here. Head Coach Jorge is great and leads an excellent team.
