Fantastic experience: Great place to practice yoga. The teachers are all good,especially Abhishek. He is really one of the best teacher I have ever met.

Fantastic experience: The vibe at Seven is amazing - a true yoga sanctuary with an amazing view of the mangroves. The entrance is hard to find - you have to park and walk through two parking garage levels and an apartment lobby. Sahar gave us a great/v intense Power Vinyasa. 10/10

Fantastic experience: It's such a nice place, very aesthetic, beautiful location, kind stuff and delicious healthy drinks and food. They have many interesting activities, my favourite is zumba class with the best zumba instructor. Definitely recommend to visit.

Positive experience: Please not im posting this review for the Swing yoga and sound healing that i took only : the ambiance and place is pretty ,, the class wasnt upto expectation although the teacher was nice .. i think u can give it a try cause its personal review on this specific matter .. the annoying thing is that they had one room and there was something wrong with AC maybe my luck was bad ! But i discided not to go again sorry for that!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience of Sound healing combined with chakra balancing and energy healing with Dear Neli. After the session, I felt much better and my thought became more clear and it calmed me down. Thanks a lot for such a wonderful experience.

Positive experience: I've been there to grab coffee or smoothies, the view is really nice. However, last time their coffee wasn't great and I find it extremely overpriced!

Fantastic experience: I never did yoga classes before, but this place is fantastic. It has a lovely, relaxing view over the marshes, the receptionists are very friendly and helpful, and the instructors are great. I found the perfect classes I needed for deep muscle release (but I believe there are more spiritual classes/instructors and more power/exercise related ones which I haven't tried yet. Sarah Yousef and Rick Liddle are the ones I have gone to regularly, and both are superb. Would highly recommend, especially if you are unsure about yoga, or worried about being viewed awkwardly as a man (they have some ladies only classes, so guys are welcome in the rest! 10/10, and my lower back and super tight hamstrings are feeling a hell of a lot better since I started incorporating these classes and the instructor's stretches into my daily life.

Positive experience: Nice place! Our favourites are kale chips and pad thai salad. Some items are reasonably priced, others overpriced. (This place would be perfect if they were serving organic meat--sorry:p) P.S. the light bulbs outside are a bit too much.

Fantastic experience: Great location with awesome friendly and expert knowledge. I just had the best massage in the UAE. Highly recommend the yoga classes and all the services. Thank you Shingi for being an amazing manager and therapist.

Fantastic experience: Although I’ve never tried any of their their classes (yet).. but it’s still one of my favorite places in AD! Amazing food.. their coffee is great.. and the view is breathtaking.. Had the cheese pesto toast the first couple of times.. incredible! Yesterday I had the Pad Thai.. it’s sooooooo good!

Fantastic experience: An amazing restoration, relaxation and stress relief yoga and movement session with Jess during our staff team wellbeing morning. The workshop was pitched perfectly for our mixed ability group, making everyone feel comfortable yet challenged. With breathtaking views from the studio, and a lovely outdoor dining area, this was the most beautiful venue for our event. The team organised the workshop so efficiently and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Thank you Seven Wellness team! We will be back again!

Fantastic experience: I love the classes here and the staff are all really nice. The atmosphere is great too. Everything I've tried at their Cafe has been so unique and tasty! I just wish there were more options in terms of mainstream stuff. Only thing I would say is that their AC could use an upgrade the large windows looking out at the lovely view of the water is beautiful but it makes the place kinda hot. Overall though, I really like this place good prices for classes too

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous studio space with great classes with a lovely view- I especially recommend any class with either Jess or Sahar! Wide variety of yoga classes (including aerial yoga), Pilates, and then also sound healing, reiki, and massages. They also have a delicious vegan cafe, the pad Thai is great, as is their kombucha! In addition, their prices are very reasonable with an affordable membership option. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Seven Wellness Center is a lovely place with good service and amazing food and drink options. The staff are always friendly and eager to help. The mangroves just across from the water way next to the studio definitely adds to the nice calming and peaceful atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Seven Wellness is by far the best yoga studio I’ve ever visited in Abu Dhabi. It has everything you need from the cleanest yoga studio, the most positive energy across the facilities including the spa, and of course my favorite vegan cafe. Where else can you get an actual coconut served to you with a biodegradable straw to drink fresh coconut water out of? If there’s a word I would use to describe how I feel when I’m at Seven, it’s “complete”. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff that keep everything running smoothly, especially Jessica Saunders and Neil Merris!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful Yoga studio on Reem Island that also offers meditation! Never had sound healing before, it was an amazing experience - and grabbed a vegan cheesecake on the way out. Such a nice little spot looking over the mangroves, will definitely be back!
