Fantastic experience: last 6 months ago i was looking for personal trainer in dubai to loss my weight. but also i scared i had so badly back pain. at that time one of my friend mention me about Yfitness. then i met with Female trainer denna. She helped me a lot to loss my weight 85Kg to 69Kg within 6 Months. also she fixed my back pain. i was shocked i thought that will never gone in my body. but she trained me some exercises helped me a lot. i am so happy. i become like new person now. she is a best trainer who i ever met. i want to say thank you so much dena for the weight lose program and thank you for the way that motivated me and changed my life
