Fantastic experience: I love this gym! The facilities are great but what really makes it shine is the people. The staff go out of their way to make your day amazing. From the front desk, to the coaches and cleaning crew they all make you feel like family. I look forward to my workout everyday because of them. 10/10!

Negative experience: Worst experience and customer service first they debited money from my account after the cancellation of the membership, and it’s been five months. I am asking for my refund, and they don't even care about any of my emails. It’s illegal to take money from someone’s account and not give it back to them. Please don’t go there they don’t care about any of their clients.

Fantastic experience: I joined this branch of fitness first about 5 months ago and I love their classes, especially the yoga classes and reformer pilates. Patrick and the team are very responsive and quickly resolve any issue that arise, highly recommended

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this gym. The club manager, Shan, clearly doesn’t care about members, and I’ve sent countless emailzero response. They’ve taken my money, but my membership still isn’t active. On top of that, their pricing is all over the place — depending on who you are, you’ll get a completely different deal. Very unprofessional and unfair. There are plenty of other gyms that are more transparent and actually look after their members. Save yourself the hassle and don’t commit here!

Fantastic experience: Good gym conviently located, has everything you need and is clean. What stood out the most is not the gym facility but the quality and level of the personal trainer I was assigned, Adel Shokry. His professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge and skills are really on another level. You can see how passionate he is about his craft and eager to help regardless of your fitness level, completely judgement free. I've been in gyms all over the world for many years and have seen all sorts of personal trainers, most are just in it for a paycheck. Adel is head and shoulders above anyone I've ever come across. I'd come here just for his expertise. I highly recommend him.

Positive experience: As Titanium Club - Improve the cleanliness in particular the bathroom, locker was not working properly, workout space, surprisingly no sauna like other clubs and towels were not included.

He does also amazing classes such as boxing, body conditioning etc. Usually is hard to book a class with him since is always fully booked. The whole stuff is very friendly and ready to help :)

Fantastic experience: I've been a FF member at The Palm for about 6 months. I was new to the gym scene at 57 years of age but felt welcomed and got first class PT guidance from my main man Dejan. I think the gym is excellent based on the positive vibe, well maintained equipment, professional PTs and responsiveness of staff and manager Bojan to any concerns or ideas. I love it.

Negative experience: Since about 4 weeks, 4 out of 10 treadmills are out of order. Not good enough for a Titanium gym to have 40 % of equipment not working ?

Fantastic experience: What a pleasant refreshment among the employees. I think the girl/trainer's name is Andjela. A very professional young person, it is a pleasure to see and hear such a person at your place. I am thinking about paying for individual trainings. She is also very kind and wants to meet everyone. All praise for the work of the center.

Positive experience: The gym is ok and the Lyn and Liziel are very sweet and friendly - but the PTs that walk around the gym seem pretty angry tbh! Not a good place for vibes for decent enough equipment.

Fantastic experience: Fitness First The Palm is a great gym. I am doing PT sessions with Zeljka for around 2 months and I am very happy to train with her. She is very fun to work out with, her attitude really motivates you to go to the gym. And I can already see a good difference in my body shape although it has not been a long time yet. Fantastic experience: GYM located in Nakheel mall, very convinient for parking and easy to reach. Good facilities, a bit limited in choice of equipment but its enough for most workouts. The best thing about it is the coaches, they have amazing classes especially with Arthur and Taylor, they put a lot of energy and dedication into their classes.

The exercises are catered to your individual abilities and you are kept mentally motivated and physically challenged at every step. My trainer is first line of support in the gym, encouraging me to keep up with the step count and the diet side of the programme. A great Gym to be part of and a great life experience that is your greatest investment in yourself.

Positive experience: Dear Concerns, I am happy be a part of member of fitness first in the palm. However, The last class on 20th July at 5:30pm for the hot Yoga class was not that perfect. Yet, details was shared to one of the associate which politely will address to the management. As an instructor mentioned in the class: this is not a competition, which referring to people show off or something.
