Negative experience: It’s a good branch but the receptionist by the name Mohamed was extremely rude and don’t know how to deal with the members. He need to learn some manners and should have some work ethics!

He is a fab trainer, accommodating to every individuals fitness level, with always a smile on his face whilst pushing you achieving an amazing workout!! Fantastic experience: Need to share great experience with my P.T. Aaron Vaz, I am very satisfied by his leading as a trainer. He does also amazing classes such as boxing, body conditioning etc. Usually is hard to book a class with him since is always fully booked. The whole stuff is very friendly and ready to help :)

This gym has all the equipment I need to workout, I also do Body Condition, Boxing and Though classes which I love! Fantastic experience: I've been a FF member at The Palm for about 6 months. I was new to the gym scene at 57 years of age but felt welcomed and got first class PT guidance from my main man Dejan. I think the gym is excellent based on the positive vibe, well maintained equipment, professional PTs and responsiveness of staff and manager Bojan to any concerns or ideas. I love it.

Fantastic experience: What a pleasant refreshment among the employees. I think the girl/trainer's name is Andjela. A very professional young person, it is a pleasure to see and hear such a person at your place. I am thinking about paying for individual trainings. She is also very kind and wants to meet everyone. All praise for the work of the center.

Positive experience: The gym is ok and the Lyn and Liziel are very sweet and friendly - but the PTs that walk around the gym seem pretty angry tbh! Not a good place for vibes for decent enough equipment.

Clean gym and neat, nice vibe to exercise in and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to get started with their offers I was given 24 months, 18 month , 12 month or 6 months options. Awesome offers and the classes my favourite....A big 5 star ⭐ from me.

Fantastic experience: I love the overall vibe of this gym from the reception to the trainers to the cleaners. The General Manager Bojan makes you feel at home and welcomed. The gym is tidy and neat. Definately my favorite trainer is Sherry, she is awesome and I highly recommend training with her because of her professionalism and personality. Fantastic experience: Fitness First The Palm is a great gym. I am doing PT sessions with Zeljka for around 2 months and I am very happy to train with her. She is very fun to work out with, her attitude really motivates you to go to the gym. And I can already see a good difference in my body shape although it has not been a long time yet. Genuinely highly recommended.
