TOPSTRETCHING® Palm Jumeirah

Negative experience: This gym closed multiple branches without informing members. They charged extra, promising access to all locations, yet now almost every branch is shut down (Barsha, Marina, JBR, and even Address Skyview are all closed) The Palm branch has also shut down recently without even informing the clients, leaving only the downtown branch open, which is far and inconvenient. No refunds or proper communication were provided. Totally unprofessional and misleading.

Negative experience: Studio without any notice closed JBR and Palm branches. Nobody got refund. Avoid this brand

Negative experience: Club is closed because of rental issues Nobody pick up the phone from them. They not giving money back. Topstrachong is very bad habits. They not cares about you as a client. They lied because they clause be sauce of technical issue. Don’t trust them any longer

Positive experience: Great equipment, very clean & well maintained. Norbi is amazing & is the only reason I would come back. Thanks for everything. Unfortunately desk staff is cold & disrespectful. Not very considerate.

Fantastic experience: I use to go to Top stretching and Gym in Palm for 1 year and 3 months . It is became as lifestyle ❤️. I had 2 stretching classes with new trainer Aigerim today . Omg she is really professional ❤️. I felt all my muscles and get improved my skills today . Thank you very much Aigerim. And I am thankful to Ira manager from reseption ❤️ she is so professional and solving all ur questions ans ussie and always informing related classes. If u have back pain hardly recommended for everyone to get classes from TS ❤️ my favorite place ❤️

Fantastic experience: The most convenient location on the Palm! There’s a parking garage right under it, so when you see the TopStretching logo just park there and go straight up (good for Dubai heat) but I love this space for TopStretching because it’s so dynamic. There’s a gym section (mixed), a ladies aero stretch room with sunlight coming in. A plus is the ladies locker room even has a huge sauna! The showers and all the amenities were also super clean and convenient to use. I did the TopGlutes and Healthy Back classes and they were very complimentary. There’s different types of classes so you can always find what works for you. HIGHLY recommend!

The trainers are highly professional, and the stretching sessions have noticeably improved my flexibility and recovery. The gym is equipped with everything you need, and always feels welcoming. The new addition of the Zumba class is really fun, love it. Highly recommended!!!

Negative experience: Самый отвратительный сервис который когда-либо встречала. Купили абонемент в филиал на Марине и он закрылся. Уже как 4 месяца пытаемся вернуть деньги. На все сообщения в вотсапе, на email, звонки на телефон - полный игнор. В офисе на Пальме у них постоянно нет ответственного и Михаил ответственный постоянно игнорирует на сообщения и звонки. Будем обращаться в полицию.

Fantastic experience: I joined to get my body back post two pregnancy and to release endorphin (happy hormones). I have a great PT who has helped me tone up & get strong and flexible again. 27 kgs down and feeling myself again.

Negative experience: Очень разочарована компанией и их отношению к клиенту! Уже больше двух месяцев назад они закрыли один из своих бранчей, куда у меня был куплен абонемент. На мою просьбу возместить стоимость абонемента в связи с ЗАКРЫТИЕМ студии менеджер сначала неделю игнорировал мои сообщения, затем после того как я лично приехала в другой бранч, менеджер во-первых крайне грубо общался, во-вторых он пообещал что возврат будет выполнен. Уже прошло 2 месяца и к сожалению так никто с компании и не вышел на связь, возврат выполнен не был и они просто пропали, ни в одних социальных сетях не отвечают..я пыталась связаться с компанией через комментарии в соц сетях, но их просто удаляют..очень неприятное отношение к клиенту и опыт, который мне пришлось пережить с этой компанией!

Negative experience: This was my first experience of stretching. A complete disappointment. The teacher did everything very quickly, it was almost impossible to keep up. The training was like a conveyor belt, no one cares if you can handle it. In general, I wanted a new hobby, but got a minus mood...

Fantastic experience: It was my first time trying full-body stretching at TopStretching Palm, and it felt amazing! The session was super relaxing, and I truly enjoyed every minute of it. Looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the TOPSTRECHING for 10 months. I don't understand why I didn't sign up earlier. It is very nice when you come to the gym and are greeted by smiling and positive people, like Irina on the Palm. I am glad that this gym has equipment designed not only for professionals, but also for amateurs. There is a separate stretching area, which is nice for those who want to stretch after a hard workout. It is great that you think about all your visitors, which creates a pleasant atmosphere.
