Fantastic experience: I’ve been already coming to this gym for a while now. Have to say I am pleased with everything here at the gym. The staff firstly are amazing, really friendly people. I am also very impressed with the equipment the gym has to offer, especially since I love using a variety of equipment. The other thing I really like about the UFC is that there are kids classes for boxing and Brazilian jujitsu where my kids are able to join these classes while I train at the gym. My kids love the class, it’s very fun for them but also a good learning experience. The coaches are very supportive and friendly too!

Fantastic experience: Had issue with motivation and results my entire life, so I signed up for personal training. I got assigned coach Joy. He has helped me with the training, results, and also explaining WHY we train what we do. I am starting to see muscles in a short time, that I have not seen since I was 16. It's quite expensive, but this is where the pros are. Also very welcoming to beginners and overweight people like myself. This helps a lot!

Positive experience: I have been a member in UFC Gym Dubai since 2017, and here is my take on the full journey: Overall, this is definitely a good gym if you’re looking for a mix of fitness and martial arts facilities and classes, but it has been deteriorating over time on several aspects: - The quality and competence of the coaches has severally degraded over the years, especially for martial arts. In early years, there used to be actual MMA fighters with professional records that were giving the classes (Aziz, Tohir, Igor, ..) which makes a HUGE difference when it comes to your learning curve. At that time, even the head coach was a pro UFC fighter (Kristof). Now, with all due respect, some of the MMA/boxing coaches are far from what you would expect as an intermediate/advanced martial arts student. I almost feel that some of them were just fitness coaches and were positioned as MMA coaches. This obviously does not apply to all coaches as some are still really great, but they represent the exception to the rule nowadays unfortunately. - The turnover of the coaches is insanely high. To give an example, over one single year, ALL coaches have left except one! This makes it very difficult to actually progress as an intermediate / advanced student. So the gym is really becoming a beginners’ only gym when it comes to fitness and martial arts classes. - The gym maintenance is sometimes really questionable. Some machines/equipments/facilities will stay out of service for months (if not years!). To give some examples, the heavy slam balls were out of service and were never replaced until today. The sauna has some broken wooden lads for ages and they still are, etc. I hope that someone high up in the organization or maybe in the UFC US head office will see this feedback and decide to take action upon (potentially revoke the franchise and give it to someone more dedicated to martial arts which is what UFC is all about). Otherwise, this amazing gym brand will just go to waste (in Dubai at least)

Positive experience: The facilities are amazing and the trainers so far have been outstanding. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because of the sign-up experience. I was informed that included in the registration costs is a registration fee and an additional fee charged for visitors of the country. This was eventually waived for me. The next issue I had was the inability to signin with the app. This has not been resolved yet.

Positive experience: Being used to silicon branch, this one is really old, small, many missing machines, and parking is hell for the first time, then you need to give a two-hundred-fifty dirhams deposit money in CASH to get a green-parking card. Gym itself is a bit old somehow, but does the purpose mostly, but one must be honest the amenities inside men’s rooms are really good , clean and neat.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, good location. Yoga with Bali is great, spinning classes arent well equipped but ran well. I did 1on1 training with Anita and Neb who where both great at accommodating my needs as I started training again after an injury.

Strong points - Value for Money - Operating Hours of gym - Clean - Weight, BJJ, Boxing Coaches are strong in their fields. - Good joining offers and renewing offers on membership. - Good perks with Caribou for Coffee However improvement areas are needed - Wider Variety of Classes for non Martial Arts. - Class timings are mainly during working hours. - The 2023 layout of the gym has squashed the weight section very close together. So busy periods you will feel it. - Sauna is always broken (broken system, broken wooden benches) or it’s just not on. It’s a dry sauna also however management has said no water to be put on the stones but that is apart of the dry sauna. Plus they provide the bucket so confusing. - Application of the gym is bad. - unable to freeze membership via the application and have to pay to freeze membership.

Fantastic experience: I visit the gym 3 to 4 times a week and it is my second home. BJJ classes are topnotch and Coach Marcio Silva is very experienced and professional.

Fantastic experience: My aim was to find a decent well-equipped gym in Dubai Marina and UFC JBR was a right choice to make. You would find all key equipment you need. The place is new and clean, the shower rooms are well designed to give you privacy. Also had a few private sessions with Neb, under his supervision I improved my condition, both from strength and stamina perspectives. From the downsides, I'd say that music sound is too high for me. Also it would make sense that UFC develops an App where private trainer and client would have the exercise plan designed and tracked every session - it is already a common practice in decent gyms service.

Positive experience: The gym is super nice. I'm a member to the first ever UFC Gym in Concord California. I pay $45/month. Here in Dubai they quoted me $408/month. Wow right! The day pass is around $50. Why so expensive I have no idea. For that price, you'd think you're training with Khabib or something.

Fantastic experience: My experience at UFC Gym JBR has been nothing short of exceptional - apart from the facilities being state of the art, the community at the gym is probably one of the most supportive I’ve ever come across at a gym. In particular, I’d like to thank and give a massive shout out to Coach Nebojsa Bogic who has been an absolute rockstar of a guide. At the start of my journey at the gym, I weighed in at around 85kg with a body fat percentage of 25. After a few months of carefully crafted training with Coach Neb, I was able to drop down to 70kg with a body fat of 14%. Coach Neb takes a super unorthodox approach to training, not sticking to the typical push/pull/legs routines as such, and incorporates trainings from Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics, cross fit and so on, creating a truly holistic experience. Apart from being an amazing fitness mentor, Coach Neb offers a wealth of experience in life in general and is definitely someone worth getting to know. All in all, I’m beyond elated with my experience at UFC JBR and would reccomend it to anyone trying to break into fitness in a heartbeat!

Fantastic experience: I've been to many gyms in the past across many countries, this gym is one of the best I've been it. It's got a lot of machines and the classes are all very engaging. The coaches, particular Coach Nemanja is always helpful and motivating. The facilities are also very clean and the overall vibe of the place with music, screens and all the people add SO much. Thoroughly recommend this gym if you're in the Dubai Marina area.

Fantastic experience: Love training at the gym! It’s been a fantastic introduction to BJJ specifically, something I’ve wanted to try for many years but never got round to. Positive experience: I've been coming to this gym a few months now and it's becoming increasingly difficult to get slots into classes because there are so few. My main motivation is attending the Spinning and Barbel Classes led by Mariangela. She creates an environment not only to train but to enjoy her training experience, hence getting quick personal results. We've spoken to management on multiple occasions to increase her classes but they turn a blind eye to this. Please add a variety of classes as well as an increase of your most sought after classes by trainer Mariangela. Otherwise, it's a pretty decent gym with good facilities ;)

Fantastic experience: I've joined 4 gyms in UAE in the past couple of years. And honestly every gym that I joined didn't have something to make me want to comeback. But this is by far the best gym that I joined not because of the facility but because of the people in it. It feels like a community everyone is nice and you get to meet a lot of people who motivate you and help you whenever you need help. I've tried a lot of classes and I can honestly say that I love each and every one of them because of the coaches. Coach Valentino is amazing and I always look forward to his DUT classes because of his enthusiasm and the energy he brings to the class. Coach Nemanja and coach Simo are very good and they push you to go beyond your limit. Coach Yuliya is fantastic. And coach Bob is very helpful, he helped me out a lot in everything he is one of the reasons I am making progress. So I encourage everyone to join you won't regret it.

You want to work out... attend Mariangela's Classes!!! *BJJ* I have 2 sons attending the 8-12 years BJJ class daily, we had Coach Hugo for almost a year and he has been great in helping my boys improve technique, understanding points system and more, he has a great connection with the kids, great guy and very much liked by everyone. In absence of the regular coach, Coach Renato has been teaching the BJJ class, he has also been a great help and focused on common mistakes my boys were making and helped improve their technique, great coach!! He has been great with all the kids, and the kids really like him! I hope UFC keep him!!

Fantastic experience: CYCLING and BARBELL CONDITIONING. I have been a member of the UFC JBR gym for over 2 years. I congratulate you on the wonderful gym experience and a good staff. The team has always been supportive and understanding of our requests and any challenges we face on a daily routine. Generally I train outdoors as I am a runner and a hiker as well. The only time spent in the gym is to attend the cycling and barbell conditioning classes instructed by Mariangela Di Santi. She is an excellent trainer and it helps me in building myself for my overall endurance. I cannot do DUT and other classes on offer due to my own physical challenges. Many a times it is impossible to book a class as they get full within few minutes due to limited spaces and lesser classes there is not an option to choose another time in the day as well. It would be really helpful if this could be considered and maybe addition of a few more of her classes would ensure availability and more flexibility. Hoping you will give this a thought and we can continue to enjoy a wonderful experience at the gym and achieve our fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: UFC Jbr is one of best work out places I have ever been! The staff is very friendly And always observing a helpful attitude towards members! The coaching team really cares and shows attention to the trainee Skilled and professional, they offer one of the best recommendations in terms of exercise and framing. The working group session are amazing specially the ones animated by Rami, Said, Rastislav, Nemanja in particular, while I am sure the others might be good too but i did not really attend their classes I really recommend the place for whom wants to take on the challenge
