Fantastic experience: Very nice large pool with a nice community It is located in Dubai Remram area which is very well designed urban planned The Traditional style buildings give it a very nice traditional architectural impression. This compound is very suitable for people who works in between Dubai and Abudahbi It is very close to Jebel Ali, furthermore the rent rates are within the budget, for example you can rent a good one bedroom apartment within the range of fourty to fifty thousands UAE dirham per year. I recommend living there for the people who is looking for peace of mind and quite and commute during the weekdays, so they can enjoy the weekend without getting outside the community The Bad things in that area is the visitors parking which is very limited number and occupied most of the time, so peoples whose have too many visitors will not be happy in addition to that if you have a second car you need to buy another indoor parking which will cost around 5000 AED Dirham per year or they have to fight for catching one of the visitors parking every time they leave the community. My conclusion Dubai properties Group who is the big an well known developer should a way to solve the parking problem. There is still some empty plots which can be concerted to a public parking. They still have the chance to revisit their master plan and make it perfect before completing all building developments with business wise only. Finally I would advice them to think about the future population and peoples demands and I am sure that DP will think better than me. That is only my personal opinion. Hope that will be useful.
