Fantastic experience: My personal trainer for last 18 months had been Luka he is fit intelligent engaging very knowledgeable and good fun. See the photo of old me and new me . We train 5/6 days a week for an hour. He pushes me and ensures good diversity of exercise . We box for cardio far better than star jumps or burpees. He advises on diet and is now a good friend I recommend him 100%

Against the odds, I dropped a solid 12kg, and let's face it, I couldn't have done it solo. Coach Nikola's training game is the real MVP. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Dejan for over a year and enjoy the sessions as he keeps them varied . I appreciate his encouragement to keep me going and feel a lot fitter and healthier. The great part about these sessions is the convenience of being in the home and after a busy day I know this makes me train rather than going to the gym( which I wouldn’t end up doing). Fantastic experience: I have only words of praise for Alex, because I think it is very important that a personal trainer, in addition to his knowledge, must understand the thinking and lifestyle of users of the services provided by the trainer.But after 20 years of Judo training, competitions, injuries (Achilles tendon surgery) and everything that goes with professional sports, it's time to retire. I continued to eat the same as when I trained and gained 40 kilograms. I was desperate , depressed and I didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel, but I somehow got to Alexandra's phone number and explained my problem. She understood my current condition and devoted herself completely to me. 7 months later with her professional help, i lose 40 kilograms, regain self-confidence, the will to live and a smile on my face, and I am her eternal debtor.
