Positive experience: I've found that trying this workout routine has been incredibly beneficial; my endurance has improved, and I've gained muscle strength. I would, however, like to extend the workout duration. It's great that the facility is open on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but I suggest they consider offering evening classes on weekends. With lighter traffic at those times, evening sessions could be a convenient option for many

Fantastic experience: One of the best Work Out Regimes i have come across. The team is absolutely amazing and so nice! They push you but not in the extreme injury causing way. I have old injuries which they always work with, suggesting alternate excercises. Slowly getting addicted to the classes!

Fantastic experience: One of the best places to enjoy some tiring and fun sport sessions that will workout your full body. You need to register before being able to attend any class and prices are not very cheap but definitely worth the investment!
