In 2010, My30Minutes launched its first EMS studio in Germany. As of 2023, My30Minutes has spread over multiple continents, expanding into a well-recognized EMS franchise. We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the title of the Best EMS Training Gym in Dubai, UAE. Maybe you’re asking yourself, why are we named My30Minutes? The answer is simple: 20 minutes of EMS training + 10 minutes to get in and out of the studio. It's as simple as that - we don't do complicated math here! So to reach your goals you have to invest at least 30 minutes out of your day. It doesn’t get any less than that.
EMS is a low-impact exercise that incorporates Electric Muscle Stimulation and is monitored by a personal trainer. The EMS suit's electrodes cause the muscles to contract, thereby increasing the intensity of the workout. This allows for the engagement of 90% of the body's muscles in just 20 minutes.
Consequently, one EMS session is equivalent to three hours of traditional gym workouts. The trainer tailors the program and exercises to the client's specific goals, which may include muscle building or strengthening, calorie burning for weight loss, and more.
You will be redirected to Stripe to make payment via Debit/Credit card. Once paid, you will receive a unique coupon code via email to be redeemed in the studio when you attend your trial.
Prepaid trials must be redeemed at the selected studio within 30 days of purchase. Prepaid trials are non-refundable, non- transferable and limited to 1 per person. By purchasing a prepaid trial, you agree that you do not suffer from any of the common contraindications that may prevent you from doing EMS training, or have obtained a medical clearance from your doctor. Fantastic experience: I am going to this gym for more than 6 months now and everyone noticed that I got much smaller. My body tightened and I gained a lot of muscles. Coach Celhyna is great she give us workouts that works best for us and helped us a lot throughout the process I renewed a couple of times now for both EMS sessions and personal training and plan to keep renewing as it benefited me a lot. Definitely the best gym in Ajman

Fantastic experience: I am really impressed about the result !!
