Negative experience: The admin has cheated specially the Philippines Lady and another lady manager of the gym, they sold one month coupons and after Almost a year when I come back along with those coupons they are saying it is expired, When there is no expiry written on the coupons. Is there anyone who can make the Philippines Lady not be rude and listen to the customers whom she has cheated and sold the coupons with false commitment.

Positive experience: Great gym to workout with the best gym facilities I like the cold water plunge and the thing that’s is missing is a SAUNA I think that would be a game changer also it would attract more people to the gym love too see it happen in the near future do add SAUNA in one of the extra rooms that are in the gym

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using this gym for a while now and overall, it’s been a really good experience. The place is quite spacious, which I appreciate, it never feels overcrowded, even during peak hours. The equipment is professional and there’s enough of it to go around. WiFi is stable and fast, which is good. They also have refreshments and basic workout supplements available, which is convenient. There are professional trainers around, and group classes or training sessions if that’s something you’re into. All in all, it’s a solid gym with everything you need. I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Negative experience: I'm new to the area so I asked kindly if I could try the gym for a day as I was very interested in joining. The lady said that Id had to pay 30dhs to get in. I told her that I'm a serious customer looking for a gym; she insisted on saying no. My friends got a free day pass multiple times before... Bad service, worse sales ability.
