Fantastic experience: Been training at this gym for the past 4 years, helpful staff and coaches. I’ve been training with Apu(coach) for over a year now and I’ve noticed huge changes in my physique. Would definitely recommend him as he trains with sincerity and never complains no matter how many times you approach him or ask him for help. Samson(trainer) is always there to help as well whenever needed. Overall real good coaches.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym Coaches are really helpful. They really want to come and help you and are very humble. Best coach is Appu. Genuinely always try to help you even if you don't ask. Great equipments. They keep changing and get new equipments. Good atmosphere of the gym.

Fantastic experience: i ve been going to fitness1 gym hamidiya for a few months now and I have to say, it has been a wonderful experience so far! The facilities are top-notch and the equipment is always well-maintained. But the real highlight of my time there has been my trainer, Appu. He is simply the best! He is knowledgeable, motivating, and always pushes me to be my best. The results I have seen since starting with him have been amazing and I feel so much stronger and healthier. I highly recommend this gym and especially trainer Appu to anyone looking for a great workout experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for 3 years now. Best gym in Ajman, I must say. Highlights of this gym are there coaches, especially Appu, who tries to understand your fitness goals and design workout plans accordingly. Appu is one reason for me to continue with this gym as he helped me in transforming my physique.

Fantastic experience: I usually don’t give reviews but recently I saw a review about a trainer for whom I have travelled from Dubai to ajman for over 2 years. In all the places I have been where they charge you for personal trainer here in fitness 1 there is no personal trainer fee. Appu trains each person under him with dedication as I have been training under him for the past 5+ years. If you really want to train to be up there..train with Coach appu!

Fantastic experience: صالة رياضية جيدة ولكن تحتاج الى اجهز رياضة حديثة ولكن وجود المدرب أبو يضيف الكثير لهذه الصالة الرياضية حيث انه من افضل المدربين مع المشتركين ودائمًا يشرف على تمرين المشتركين بكل صدق وامانه دون تذمر

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym as I have been therefor last 6 years before used to be Tawazun but now new management is taking good care of it.Mr Sam is the same trainer and so helpful.
