Positive experience: It is difficult for me to work out at the gym with the lsck of rules set forth to protect the gym and members. First, it is not a social outing. Cell phone use is simply unacceptable. Appropriate gym attire: really, barefeet, socks only, flip flops are not or should not be allowed. The amount of talking and laughing is disruptive. Again, it is not a social outing. No gym whether in UAze doesnt have rules. Dropping of weights though posted happens all the times causing cost factors and disruption. The equipment must be updated. Watch videos or better yet pay a visit to other gyms and view what they look like. Ive attempted to make referrals to upgrade the clientele but my colleagues are simply not interested. With UFC opening at a reasonable cost that was their option. The gym does not smell good and looks run down as they tell me which is true. Ive tried to.be patoent but nothing hss changed. No rules, lack of oversight, and members who just dont care. Rules fix these ills. At registration, at renewal give a list of expectations and take opinions seriously which is mot done. Fix the gym, obligate members and staff to these rules and watch what happens: More business and happier members. 2 years Ive tried and it is no better. Dr. Jim

Negative experience: “I recently visited multi gym ajman, and while the facilities were generally clean and well-maintained, I found the gym to be overly congested during peak hours. There seemed to be a shortage of equipment, and it was often difficult to find available machines. It would be great if the gym could either expand its space or increase the amount of equipment to better accommodate the number of members. Overall, it has potential, but the lack of available equipment and overcrowding made my workout less enjoyable.”

Fantastic experience: In my experience as a gym member, Trainer Ashkar's consistent motivation has been invaluable in my ongoing journey towards my fitness goals. I'm grateful for his unwavering support and guidance. However, it's worth noting that some machinery, especially the treadmill in the ladies' workout space, is often not working, especially when there are more number of ladies wanting to use the treadmill but one isn't in working condition. This doesn't necessarily detract from the overall positive experience, but it's a point to consider for those relying on specific equipment.

Negative experience: The trainer (aparna )is so rude and arrogant She is the worst trainer i have ever seen She demotivates , before i use to like going to gym but now becoz of her i dont want to go to gym anymore and make me hate it

Fantastic experience: One of the Best Gymnasiums in Ajman i have found out till now, Very Supportive staff, Amazing Trainer (Ashkar) this guy preaches like a kid in the kid in the kindergarten and amazing with his nutrition knowledge as well as human body metabolism.

Fantastic experience: From my experience in my participation in the gyms, I did not benefit much from losing fat and the trainers did not focus on the excess fat only, the big concern was the increase in muscle. I started from with Multi Gym I liked the gym a lot in terms of organization, organizing times, exercising, and focusing the coach on the players. And my special thanks to the coach, Mr. Shedi, for following up on my weight loss program, and I benefited a lot and got amazing results in terms of following up on the diet that the coach organized for me and the exercises he dedicated to losing weight only within a week, the difference was great Thank you, Mr. Shedi, for your advice and for following me closely

Positive experience: Pros: The gym is large and has a variety of gym equipment. Cons: - Unstable WiFi - Unstable AC - Roll-up window shades are always open, even during the day in summer, causing discomfort if you are on a treadmill facing the street or direct sunlight. Furthermore, the roll-up window shade strings are missing, so you can't even close them manually.

Positive experience: This is my gym of choice due to location. I've offered many suggestions on improving the environment and nothing is ever done. Suggestion box remains full and the facility isn't equipment well. Sorry to say, someone needs to pay attention. Following an absence of nearly a year, I had thought rules would have been set for all members to follow. To be a real gym, rules must be set. Socializing, cell phone use, equipment abuse are the standards. For 2 years I did my best to talk to members and staff. The gym is for serious workouts. Not for members who are barefooted and trying to lift too heavy weight. Hygiene is absent as well. People simply smell bad and dont care. It is this attitude that keeps me from making professional referrals to the gym and there are many. Honestly, its as if the way it is, is the way it will remain. There is potential but not under current conditions. Thank you and I hope things change for the positive. Dr. Jim
