Body and Soul Health Club & Spa

Positive experience: The club has many facilities and most of the customers are south Indians. the Gym is of medium size with limited facilities. There is a coach in the male gym who is always in and out of the room therefore it is more like self service facility. Male pool is outdoor therefore you can not swim between 10 to 4, unless you are fond of sunshine and water. There are lockers, sauna, steam room, showers and other facilities just like any pool and gym however they have Kids playing facility as well which is paid. if you want to play badminton, squash, lawn tennis, basket ball or Table Tennis you should seek reservation in advance. There is a small shop where you can buy all necessary sports equipment however the variety is limited. The club also have one restaurant and one coffee shop.. and a nearby Mosque. This is situated behind Ajman University in Ajman, UAE.

Fantastic experience: Very Good training instructors . Special care and information given to people with Back-pain and related issues . Aerobics sections are excellent with well qualified instructors . Swimming pool big and well maintained and is having all facility's for getting trained to become a professional swimmer .

Positive experience: The club gives you access to gym, swimming pool, sauna, equipment and place for many indoor and outdoor sports. They have daily classes for sunna, yoga, aerobics. The membership is great value for money. The place is well maintained and staff is good.

Fantastic experience: Really awesome experience and cost effective... Male and Female Pools and Gym.... Badminton, Squash, Tennis, Table Tennis, Snooker, Sona, Steam, Childrens play area and many more.... snacks car and Restaurant..... 24 Hours open.... Evening 6 to 10 really crowded.... and don't prefer to go..... Pool water is mess with full of chlorine.....

Fantastic experience: There is a very wonderful trainer at the center who knows how to relieve stress and encourage you to exercise. Because of her, I loved spinning so much. I met coach Tabassum in 2014, and since that time till now I have only practiced spinning with her. Coach Tabassum has great experience in more than one type of sport, the most important sport she trains is spinning. I strongly advise you to register with Coach Tabassum at the Body and Soul Center.

The vibes are surprisingly energetic and entertaining at the same time. But the one person who made the journey to reach my goal possible is Tabassum. She is very creative with her work and she has an amazing talent of recognizing a person's need and delivering it to the best level possible. She is very supportive and highly encouraging in pushing me to reach my optimum level. As a person, words are not enough to explain. She lights up the entire room with her smile and positive vibes. I have been fairly regular in the classes and I have seen that Tabassum's classes are always full with the maximum capacity than the other days. This health club has done a marvelous job by hiring coaches with different nationalities for the clases as this keeps the variety on attracting more customers.

Positive experience: Its a very good gym But its not perfect After renovating the gym it got better than before How ever there are still lots of lacks (lack equipment, ) The changing room and closets didnt change after renovation so they are old and some what not as clean as should be Access to all gym is limited how ever you have full subscription No massage area ( they had before but after renovations they didnt open it anymore) There is bo coffee shop but you can use the coffee shop in the hospital lobby How ever there are good factors about here : There are always instructors in site , Good and some how clean environments, Polite and kind personnel, Good quality equipment , Not too crowded , Work out area is big enough,
