Positive experience: I started going to CRANK in 2019, and until today I have not seen any studio that could match it. The venue is clean, the vibe is great, the trainers are motivating and the music is out of this world! I do have minor feedback though, which would turn my 4/5 to a 5/5 and I hope it’s considered by the CRANK team. The music is far too loud these days in both the Ride and Shape classes, and the mics of the trainers are also set on too loud of a volume. I keep getting an Apple Watch warning that this is not healthy for ears in the long-term and I can really feel it too. If you could reduce the mics and music by a few decibels (since the trainers are already screaming) that would be great. Please help me preserve my hearing until my 80s

Negative experience: The worst confirmation system , Never trust there confirmation Messages and don’t waste your time , I text them via WhatsApp and confirm a slot they reply with a successful confirmation , once I arrived !! I found out that the studio is closed , I tried to reach out with no respond !!! They call me back addressing that the WhatsApp confirmation was not by them !!!! To whom shall I raise my concern about it , always have plan b , they don’t deserve any priority .

I went this morning and the instructor was Nuno - and had the BEST TIME, great music and ENERGY! Located in Al serkal Avenue - plenty of RTA parkings around, cool venue and restrooms filled with anything you need after shower or a session! Super nice and attentive staff and very energetic instructors - they have “first time offers for first timers, I paid 80 aed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You will love it !

Fantastic experience: Does it get any better than Crank?!? It’s an amazing start to my day, the sweat is real, the playlists are amazing and the vibe is almost magical. I am always glad I went. Fantastic experience: Been coming here weekly for almost 2 months now. Somehow I always enjoy and de-stress here, even though the workout was always challenging!! All the team are super nice and helpful. Place is clean, organized and just gives a cozy yet energetic vibe. I enjoy classes with Nelson and Michelle the most, but all the other instructors I’ve tried are all super nice and motivating. The energy in this place is just amazing, and I look forward everytime when I’m going for class! Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to crank since it opened and I can honestly say, hands down it’s the best boutique fitness studio in the city. Whilst I do dip in and out and mix up my training at other studios- no where is as good as crank. The staff are always welcoming, the vibe is perfect and Maria the most accommodating manager ever. Positive experience: I took ride class today at 5:00 pm and I was surprised to see 2 kids 12 years old taking same ride class with their father. This class nor the gym is for kids and kids should not be allowed to take class or even enter adult gym. The ride bikes are not for kids and not safe to be used for kids. The entire class environment is not suitable and safe for kids and i don't think it is allowed and permitted by government authorities. I appreciate Crank management will look into this matter and stop such incident.

Fantastic experience: I initially joined Crank Dubai for their notorious RIDE classes as they are simply second to none in Dubai. The quality of the bikes, the leaderboard in class (to push yourself further if you wish), the strong instructors (Nuno, Nelson, Louise, etc) and the regular events (Salt, Museum of the Future, etc) make it so different from any other studios… Simply a must-do. It also encouraged me to try their SHAPE class with Maria. Such a discovery and a routine I wouldn’t miss anymore. The SHAPE classes are so valuable in my training week. Maria makes them challenging but fun… Her energy, positive attitude and clear guidance make the 45mn go in a heartbeat. It boosts you both physically and mentally. Highly highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Crank remains, and is highly likely to continue to be, one of my happy places in Dubai. I first discovered it in July last year and have since been going every chance I get. Here are just some of the reasons why, in no particular order. The Location - Even before I learned about Crank, Alserkal was already a favorite. I like that it is tucked in an inconspicuous area yet still very much accessible. The Vibe – Once you enter the Crank space, you would immediately feel its sense of community. In a city where it could be quite a challenge to find your tribe, Crank’s atmosphere gives you a feeling that it embraces you with open arms – just before it makes you work out your legs and other parts of your body. The Experience – Everything about this studio is so well-thought of, everything just makes sense. Small towels for wiping off sweat? Check. Body towels for after taking a shower? Check. Plastic bag for your damp clothes? Check. And my personal favorite, the MALIN+GOETZ shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Like, seriously. The only thing you literally need to do is show up in your workout clothes and everything else is taken care of. Talk about efficiency. The Ride – I have been to a few cycling studios in and outside the UAE, and I can 100% say that Crank’s Ride class is the best. THE. BEST. Great instructors, bomb music, amazing lighting, incredible members. I mean really just the best 45 minutes you could gift yourself with. If I could do it more regularly, I definitely would. This list could go on and on, but I will stop here and implore you to just experience it yourself if you haven’t yet. Thank me later.

Positive experience: Crank has been hit and miss. I have been and tried three different instructors, one was good, one was bad and one was average. The music is too loud at times and the room a little too dark. One of the instructors literally screamed at the class and was over spinning on the bike which is really bad technique. Showering after classes can also be a challenge as there are sometimes too many people trying to shower at once. Will keep going to find the better instructors although I wish they would drop the weights part of the class as it is a complete waste of time!!
Hey LJ. Thank you for the review. Pro tip: no arms track on Dj RIDEs, team teaches and themed classes. Apart from that, the arms track might be seen as a waste of time for you, but needed for a lot of people in class who might need some recovery time. See you soon!
Fantastic experience: CRANK really stepped up their game!!!! The energy is a whole notha level. They have the best promotional activities, I even won a concert ticket just by riding. The facilities, lockers, restrooms are spacious. Staff are friendly and warm. Will definitely go back!

Fantastic experience: One of the best fitness studios, i love the people there and the place just brings positive vibes. The workouts make you feel refreshed and healthy. I recommend the grendizer with peanut butter from their smoothie bar !

The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, with top-of-the-line equipment and amenities. The cycling classes themselves were a true highlight. The instructors were knowledgeable, motivating, and kept the energy levels high throughout the entire workout. The music was perfect and really added to the overall experience. Fantastic experience: I am so lucky to have discovered this wonderful boutique Spin/Shape experience over two years ago, it has become one of my favorite places in Dubai. Fantastic experience: Best fitness studio in Dubai! There is not a class in Dubai that compares to the Ride! The leader board pushes you to work harder. Instructors energy is contagious motivating you right till that last sprint. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The studio has such a vibe. Extra bonus is that they have the best shower products.

Fantastic experience: They are very professional and I had a great time there. I struggled to register my session so I call them and they fixed it for me. Once there is towels and water for class for everyone and towels for shower if you need to go to work after so no need to have your dirty and wet towel all day in you car. They have a great energy and I love that! I was surprised about the prices but now I understand the quality of the service is there.

As someone who has participated in group classes and high-intensity training across the globe for over two decades, I can confidently say that no other place compares to Crank. The ride and shape classes are absolutely amazing . The staff is attentive, caring, and professional, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the top-notch facilities only add to the overall experience. I cannot recommend Crank enough.
Fantastic experience: My second home since last September- totally hooked - the coaches are THE Best I have ever met, so friendly, fun, encouraging, fun to be around and caring! The facilities are top notch, everything goes hand in hand, with the welcoming staff who check you in, the juice/coffee bar, plenty of towels, water refill station, equipment always sanitized and ready to use, showers with everything you need! The lessons are party , party, party which make you SWEAT- love it- love it-love it ❤️

Fantastic experience: For anyone that likes to ride or take part in HITT classes CRANK is the place for you! I joined 9 months ago, 11 months postpartum and with hard work and consistency I reached my initial fitness goals in 12 weeks. Fantastic experience: I went not so excited as I have done the riding class in different locations and was not impressed however this one turned out my favourite so far. The team was much attentive to first timers and explained all. The vibe was good. The trainer was checking on the new joiners to ensure there is nothing unclear. The only negative point is the location as there is always traffic in this area.

Fantastic experience: CRANK is my favorite cycling studio in the world! Unparalleled - every time I try a cycling studio during work trips, I wish there was a studio with that CRANK vibe & energy! ( time to go international?) Also I just left MJ’s arabic ride class the best class i’ve ever been in! Couldn’t imagine how it would turn out- but everything was PERFECT & beyond any expectations I had (the workout, the music, energy, lights.. i was being transported from present to childhood memories with some of the songs! ) … and now I cant wait to try it again!
Fantastic experience: It was Holly that first got me hooked to CRANK, following which I have been fortunate enough to experience the different styles and energies of Kaya, Kat, Nuno, Louise and others in the team who work (play!) with commitment, passion and humour. The service is exceptional - I was struck by the check-in/support team asking everyone, “How are you today?” They even remembered my birthday! CRANK is not just about the workout - it is about the power of community and developing a sense of personal leadership.

Positive experience: Really love the cycling class and the studio. But the booking system is a mess! I’ve spent more time trying to book a class, than cycling. Pls, fix it. I can not log in, I can not reset a password (just don’t get the email)
