Fantastic experience: Good place to for fitness session,budget friendly, pay incash or tabby, Open 24 hrs good for those who have diffrent shiting, eqiupt with almost the things you need, the coaches was approachable and friendly, personal trainors are also available,clean and organized, washroom, dressing room and locker for safety are available. Busy timings are late afternoon until 9pm, I usually preffered early morning @5am or 11pm onwards, those timings have only few gymers coming. Bottle water are not free no coffee machine. 5mins walk from insurance market metro station. Coffee shop and resturant nearby are open 24 hrs.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym—and especially began training with Niyaz—after searching for a professional yet supportive trainer, and it turned out to be the best decision ever. In just 2–3 months, I lost a significant amount of weight thanks to Niyaz’s friendly, encouraging approach and consistently tailored workouts. He was always there to guide and motivate me through every step, offering thoughtful advice and personalized adjustments. The gym’s environment is warm and welcoming, and the energy from the trainers helps keep you motivated. Because of the results I’ve achieved, I wholeheartedly recommend this gym and especially Niyaz to anyone looking for the right personal trainer.

Negative experience: Very disturbing gym with its high volumn of music or what ever they play, when the metals like dumbbells dropping on the ground its sound effects like bombing to the upper floors, this continue from 5am to 2am next day, this gym should be removed from the building and should not be allowed such disturbing activities in any of the residential premices.

Negative experience: This could have been a small but decent gym but unfortunately people here just dont seem to have gym etiquitte, just trying to rest between sets and people will just grab away what your using without even saying anything or just ask permission, and face to face their trainer just do and say nothing, its a shame ,as someone who also worked at gym for almost 5 years, this is unacceptable behaviour.

Positive experience: Nice small gym, it cost 105 AED per month as well. Have to say they keep it clean. There’s changing room and toilet inside the gym. There’s a small bad smell around the leg press machine because of the toilet but they do the best to keep the hygiene and the smell high. Recommend them to use an exhaust fan around which will help. There are machines for basic workouts and i love the treadmill and other machines i use to go around 11am-2pm and there’s less crowd. The dumbbells are not nice to me and also i see there’s less weight plates if they can get more plates it will be helpful. Kudos to the team

Negative experience: The gym is small, and sometimes it smells bad, especially at night because of the crowded people. The personal trainer's is unprofessional; he lacks of focus and commitment with his client in terms of traning sessions and schedule. Sadly, I wasted my money. Poor management!

Fantastic experience: I've been grinding in this gym for almost 2 weeks now. Always going at 5.30am. Im an early grinder and thats what this gym separates to other gyms. It opens at 5am and its not crowded at that time. You can focus on your workout without waiting in line for the equipments. A not so small but decent gym..

All exercise equipments are brand new there and atmosphere is very friendly. Everyone can easily get refreshing drinks like tea, water and energy drinks there.
